Overall it was a good experience. The store is nice, it's very open and spread out, didn't feel like we were crammed in there with a ton of people. The lack of stock was a bummer, they didn't have my size so I ended up ordering online, so that was a bit of a pain but it was good to try stuff on there. More sizes, more options and women's tracksuits that aren't pastels and have the same colour scheme as the men's tracksuits would definitely make me buy more roots stuff there but that's more of a corporate complaint than a complaint about the actual store.

Nice products, but if you have any problems with product or want to exchange you'll be told by the store to call the 1-800 number, and the 1-800 number will refer you to the store. No help.

There is almost no stock at this roots store, very little selection. Better to shop online. The staff seemed unfriendly and honestly I felt uncomfortable looking around as the staff just stared from a distance and made no effort to communicate.

Yesterday, I went Christmas shopping. As soon as I went into the store, there was a very friendly young woman. I had no idea what I wanted, nor needed. She started to pull clothes off the shelves for me to see. She knew the products, and made it easy to shop. I started to get into the Christmas spirit, as she was interested in the people I was trying to buy for. I showed her a picture of each person for height and size. I ended up with a full outfit for them. A sweatshirt, hat, and socks. The price was reasonable with the sale that is on. I had fun! Isn't that what Christmas shopping is all about? Thankyou.

This place is super expensive but the clothing is worth every penny. I know this style may not be for everyone but hey if you like roots or the style then this store is fantastic to visit. It also has a ton of sales that you can check out. There's always something. Great location and great staff!

Great store for the classic wear. Sale SALE Sale on the windows was for a few older items or shorts :( But still got the sweater I wanted that Toronto was out of.

Fantastic quality. Limited selection of clothing. So expensive! You'd think being made in Canada for Canadian people, it should be priced at a lower cost

I was there with my aunt buying some gift few weeks. The store feels a bit empty, their staff lacks a bit of personality not as friendly as I'm use to see from other roots stores.

So expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best quality just shocking that a Canadian company charges soooooo much money for clothing. $408 for two men's track suits.
