We bought a new dishwasher at Lowes and XPO Logistics delivered today in Abbotsford, and they were very polite and careful with the delivery. Professional and thorough. And their electronic tracking and signature service was smooth. Excellent service all around!

An unbelievably bad attitude from the driver, Jeff (or Geoff?). Hired as a third party appliance delivery and installation service, he arrived with this attitude - swearing, aggressive, confrontational and belligerent. Tracking mud through the house and refusing to do the job he was hired for. Apparently he forgot his tools at a previous site and just didn't want to miss his ferry back (and knew that doing this job would make it so). At least his swamper was polite and seemed embarrassed for him. The appliance company stepped up and came in to finish what he refused to, and were finished in about 20 minutes. Don't sign up for a job you don't want to do!

Ordered a number of items through IKEA and Xpo delivered them. I was happy with the communication (email and text) as it was constant and accurate. The people who delivered the items wore masks and were very polite.

This is the WORST customer service/call centre ever!! I had to call 6 times, because 4 out of the 6 times I got disconnected/hung up on. And the 2 other times, I was on hold for over 5 minutes (and didn't get past a hello"). Not once did I get a call back

I wish i could rate them a 0. I bought a washing machine from rona, and they changed the dates and times of the delivery 4 times on us, each time they gave us a delivery date and time, it would be in 3-4 hr time frames like 2-5pm etc and we would have to wait at home for them for 3-4hrs at a time. They failed to deliver or communicate that they wouldnt be able deliver during those time frames, collectively wasting over 10+ hours of our time with us just having to sit and wait for them at home. I can accept delays but to delay it 4 seperate times as well as failing to notify us that they wouldnt be able to deliver, is just ridiculous. Terrible logistics company and i hope no other companies use their service in the future.

I see a lot of bad reviews here, but I had an amazing experience today. The driver called me pretty early this morning and asked if he was able to come early since he had a delivery close by. Not a problem because I work from home. He tells me what time he is coming and says he will call when he gets here (my buzz code isn’t working). When they get here they bring all my stuff up the elevator with me and are quick kind and respectful. They asked me where I wanted my ikea furniture placed and took a picture of it for their records. They were really gentle with my very heavy furniture and the boxes aren’t even dirty or bent. 10/10 service. I’ve had bad experiences with most other shipping companies but I’m glad this was a pleasant one

I moved in to a new apartment and bought the new bed and mattress from Ikea. XPO was assigned by IKEA for the delivery. I called XPO many times to check in delivery status for my bed and mattress. The XPO customer service kept telling me that the driver was on the way and almost there! But in the end XPO didn’t deliver my bed and mattress! I have to sleep on the floor in my empty apartment!

A lot of negative reviews here, but I had a pretty good experience with my delivery. Had table and chairs delivered from Ikea. I was notified a couple times of the delivery window with automated reminder calls on the day. It came an hour and a half before the delivery window, which may not necessarily be a good thing, but I was already home. The delivery guy was really friendly. I think there's a lot of bad reviews because people end up reviewing only when they have a bad experience. When they have a good experience and their package is delivered without any problems, they don't take the time to write a good review. Anyway, that was my experience.

This is hands down the best delivery experience I’ve ever had. I was given a very reasonable window for when to expect my delivery, I then received a text message telling me my package was 20-30 minutes away. The driver unloaded my package into my garage warning me that one of the boxes was heavier than the rest. Confirmed I was happy with the delivery and then left. They were polite, professional and great at communicating my delivery window!To put this into context yesterday FedEx didn’t ring my doorbell or knock. They then threw my package off the truck at my garage door and drove off like they had committed a crime

TLDR: I order my IKEA furniture & had the worst experience with this company. I think they constantly reschedule to charge redelivery fees or to manipulate customers into giving them a good review.I have a 3 page document that I sent to IKEA, and as much as I'd like to post my story here it exceeds the character limit. CANCEL your order if you get this company to deliver, because they will make it a living hell for you to receive your order. Look up reviews on YELP and the BBB accredited website, they will tell you all you need to know.
