I bought some stone from these guys 2 months ago and was very happy with the service given to me by the company and the quality of the stone. The owner Pankaj was very useful in terms of giving creative advice regarding the design of my patio. As i had cross shopped at a couple of other places as well and found that there prices were pretty good as well.

Having bought stuff here, I can confirm that 5 star reviews are based on receiving a Tim Hortons gift card of $5. So in other words are paid reviews. They have signs all over their place offering this bribe.Now onto the review, they are nice and offer service before you buy. After buying and delivery(with issues) its another story.

I have recently order steps from world wide stone . One of the steps came all scratched and full of rust spots . I was a bit worried , ordering from this place after reading the bad reviews. I have sent two emails to the company so far and I have not yet received a response. My next step will be a phone call . Hopefully they can prove me wrong and make good on there promise to replace any defective stone . I will write an update review once I get a response.

I have dealing with worldwide stone for the past 10 years. And his prices are very good and reasonable. They are very honest people.Their material is first class. I am very satisfied with the material and the quality. I recommend this place. Best natural stone in the business.

The service was great. They want to sell their products, however, when you need something from them, such as a copy of your own Invoice that you may as well for about, should on to it ,as if it were your lifeline. I have asked for my own invoice at the beginning of January now it's February and I am still waiting for it. How long does it take for it to be sent to a client by E-mail, or mail for that matter, and in the end what does it tell you about the service.

Really bad quality. We installed stone in October 2022 around the pool and patio, just opened pool this year as professionals are guiding us. When we step out of pool & where ever we step it fades stone color. Now all Stone around the pool which is about 900 Sq feet area faded stone with white marks. It looks really bad and it will cost a lot more to replace recently installed stone. We bought stone for $30k, Owner Pankaj was giving verbal guarantees and showing pictures of products that when we were buying. We were impressed & bought and installed as recommended professionals. When received we didn’t open each pallet which was our mistake; lots of pieces were bad and I had to pay penalties of 25% to exchange. Pankaj suggested not to put sealant for at least 6 months which they suggested to buy in June 2023 since they don’t have in stock yet as of May 2023. They point to Terms & Conditions-not verbal convincing now. They don’t own honesty or real business ethics but keep selling cheap product, they lie & manipulate conversations to cover their sales. I have spent around $200k with installation & everything done with their Products & learned now that I bought wrong & cheap product which they market as Natural stone. No one should buy from here!!

We purchased stone from Worldwide Stone for a porch. They delivered the wrong product completely. The stone which arrived was not a difference in shade nor a colour variation, it was a different product. We then told the delivery truck driver that they need to send it back. Even the driver of the truck said this company does this quite often. This company cares nothing about client satisfaction.We contacted Worldwide stone and they refused to refund our money even though the product came back with their delivery truck.We will be going to court over this and I will update this review on those results. Even though the purchase is under $2000, and I am very busy, I will not allow this company to get away with robbing people this way. I have read of similar results with previous client's in the reviews, but sadly only after choosing them.**Update** FRI AUGUST 28**When users read Worldwide Stone's response, understand it is a fabrication.When I arrived at your location and looked at your sample product, I requested to see the actual stone you have in stock. You never mentioned anything to us about variations of colour, this is something I brought up and I wanted to see the product. The gentleman said to me don't you trust us

I ordered armour stone through here. I'm giving them 2 stars because the price was great...but delivery was a day late, and I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. I ordered guillotine 18x18"x3' and got random (on average) 2'x3'x5'

The Team at Worldwide stone was very knowledgeable and patient throughout purchase and delivery. I installed the stone with my family and we didn’t have any prior masonry experience. I had a lot of questions regarding colour, stone properties, patterns, cement type, stone sealers, grout size, how to cut the stone....They answered all my questions and I was able to get a Granite patio for a fraction of the price compared to contracting the work.If you’re interested in installing natural stone I would definitely recommend their stone in person because pictures may not capture the actual look correctly.

Do not trust Worldwide Stone, if someone makes a purchase at this location and does not look at the product carefully and load it up themself and leave with it, you will not get what you purchased.Basically, if you purchase product and expect them to deliver the correct product it will not happen and then they will not give you your money back.Worldwide Stone offers very poor service. Buy anywhere else, even if it costs more, it is best to deal with a company you can trust.
