I hired Phil for a family event for over 80 people. He provided lots of options for the finger food menu. The food was nicely presented and delicious. His staff were very professional and discrete. Would highly recommend.

Hiring Phil for our private event made the experience phenomenal for all of our guests. Everyone was blown-away by the food and still talked about it days after the event. It was the highlight of the night. Phil was not only professional and so easy to work with, he took care of everything, making sure all the guests’ needs were met, and ensured a proper communication with us to make sure we were satisfied. He was also very social and engaging with everyone. I had full trust in delegating the food and service to him, and was easily able to enjoy the night to connect with my guests and this is one of the best experiences a host could ask for.Definitely would recommend and hire him again for any event I may have.

I had the pleasure in having Chef Phil come to my home for an amazing birthday dinner. He made the most amazing filet mignon cooked to perfection! As well as some of my most favourite dishes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable which truly made it the best experience! Thanks again Chef Phil

Had the recent experience of enjoying Chef Phils three cours meal for our private work Christmas party.Each dish was beautiful and delectible. The entire experience was so intimate and we really felt the passion in all of the food. I highly recommend this experience of upscale dinning for any celebration.

Chef Phil Cameron catered our wedding, it was amazing! All our family and guests complimented us and had words about how wonderful, tasty and beautiful everything was. Service was also impeccable and timely. Phil made everything easier, from choosing the menu to accommodate anything that arises. We hired Chef Phil to cater 15 lunches for 50 people over the course of a month. We were consistently impressed by his care, creativity and culinary expertise. Every dish was delicious and delivered on time. He was careful about dietary preferences and allergies, and came up with stunning ways of using every part of an ingredient to reduce food waste. Phil was a joy to work with and the love that he has for his craft shines through in every bite.

Chef Phil cooked for our group of six people and it was a great experience. He curated a menu based on our preferences, and each dish was well thought out, beautifully presented and obviously, delicious.Ketia was a charming server - together they create a chill and comfortable vibe, while being professional. They brought everything they needed and left our kitchen cleaner than when they arrived.It is evident how much effort and passion is put into creating the experience Chef Phil offers his clients. It felt special knowing someone as seasoned and innovative in the industry was at our house, cooking for us. We have been talking about him and referring him since.If you are thinking about hiring or collaborating with Phil, do it :) we will definitely be doing it again.

Working with Chef Phil was a dream from beginning to end. From working on the menu to the amazing meal and even the after dinner clean up. If I could give 10000/10; I would! We hired Chef Phil for our friend’s surprise birthday party. All I can say is WOW! I am definitely still dreaming about the food.
