Jada is a fantastic employee and picked out a gorgeous suit I never would have thought to try. I’m so happy with my experience and bathing suit!

My experience was great. And I tried over 5 different types of tops and one one piece. The staff with a bun was nice to me, and follow up how’s each one looking. And asked me whether I got the right size. At the end I got the one piece pattern and I loved it!

I came on Sunday and the two ladies who attended to me to change the merchandise I bought a week ago was very helpful. I also found a great deal in flip flops. Keep it up. Hoping to come back .

Walked into the store and spent approx. 10 mins looking around before either of the two sales staff even acknowledged me in the store. (Its a small store and they walked next to me many times but neither said a thing.) It wasn't until I tried to reach a suit high up that someone asked if I needed help. They didn't offer much help in terms of suggestions nor did they even ask what style I'd like.In the end I purchased what I found that I liked but it was overall a very uncomfortable and off experience in the store.- They also asked the lady ahead of me at the cash if she wanted to purchase a suit cleaner detergent but never asked me..

I will not return here. I bought a bikini and a swim suit spending 261.00 on both. Two weeks later the underwire came through on the bathing suit. I tried to exchange it but they didnt have my size. I saw another I liked for 15.00 more and they would not give to me at the same price as the other. I either had to return and get my money back and out of a bathing suit or pay the extra. You would think after spending 261.00 and having a defect they could make a concession! I have to say for the money you spend here bad quality and bad customer service.

Manager there is very knowledgeable and courteous

I walked in yesterday with my friend and the Two employees were not friendly. We felt uncomfortable there and left.

As much as this store has a good selection of items, the customer service is sub par. I wen in with the the goal of picking up at least an item or two for an upcoming beach trip. Not so much. There was some confusion around the sale and what the actual item pricing was. After reconfirming that purchasing two items would yield 50% off marked sale prices, I tried on a few more things. Second round of dressing and undressing. Most people trying on swimsuits would understand how painful this actually is. I made another selection that had me purchasing two items. Expecting to receive the stated offer, the clerk that helped me - Leanna, who was very nice- had a problem ringing in my purchase with the discount applied. They had to call the assistant manager, who had left the store, to help support them with the issue. When she came back, she advised that one of the items I had selected was actually priced wrong. She would honour that sale price but not the overall discount of 50% off. Apparently their error was my fault. So much more to say but ultimately I am writing this review and never going back. The situation was handled poorly.
