We Move You Vancouver

Paid in full and never got all of our stuff. My great-grandmother and grandmother's and mothers recipes are now lost ( STOLEN) 25 years of culinary books and so much more lost to these, two face liars you have been warned. Micheal & Sam ,shame on you you disgrace your family names.

My boyfriend and I decided to hire movers for the first time. They showed up to my house unprepared. They did not have booties or laid down paper to protect my carpets and they were covered in rain and mud. They poorly wrapped my stuff and damaged our mattresses, boxsprings, floors, my mini fridge has dents all over it. One of them didn’t wear a mask and they did not seem friendly or approachable. They did not come prepared with straps or dollys to carry out items and store them safely in the truck. I offered them MY dolly since they said theirs was “buried behind all our stuff) and when I told them a few boxes were super fragile and I wrote all over the box FRAGILE! One of the movers decided to lay the dolly down flat with my box of fragile kitchen appliances and dishes still on it, now laying on its side! When I asked if they brought straps (because they said my stuff wouldn’t fit in the very large truck) they said “we brought straps and the truck is small” they brought two straps….they tried to tell me they would have to do a second trip and I stated I’m not paying for that. We called Michael and he was great and assured us if a second trip was needed we would not be charged. My wallet was left on the coffee table during this move and suddenly my credit card was missing after the move and 8 days later a charge was made for Uber. I didn’t cancel my card right away, I wanted to see if someone would try to use it and they did. I can’t prove they stole it but seems strange it would suddenly go missing when I have 3 men I don’t know coming in and out of my home. The new home was covered in pine needles and dirt from them not protecting the floors from their dirty shoes. Hiring movers was meant to make this move easier and less stressful but it has been the opposite. I spent the day unpacking and crying from the stress of it all. I will never, ever hire this company again. I contacted Michael and told him everything and they refunded us $100 but to be honest, it cost a lot more to fix what they damaged and the sour taste of hiring movers will prevent us from doing that again.Pictures of the “full truck” and “small truck” damages to my property attached.

This company is great. Dispatcher (Michael) is thorough, professional and a real pleasure to deal with. The moving guys did a great job. Wrapped the furniture and carefully and quickly loaded it into their oversized moving van. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I highly recommend We Move You Logistics.

Terrible experience. The movers did not show up with tools even though the quote clearly stated that the company would provide tools and equipment to move our home. Besides being late and enjoying multiple smoke breaks between trips into the home, they couldn't disassemble an Ikea bed and claimed they weren't told they would need special tools" for the job. Last time I checked

Been asking for a quote for the past 2 weeks and they never gotten back to me. Tried phoning the company and had no response, messaging was the same. All they did was to tell me to email them which they had never responded. I understand they might get busy at this moving season but its ridiculous that by promising a confirmation in the same day/next day and get no response FOR 2 WEEKS really backs me off from using their services. Reading others comments consolidates my thoughts.

I needed a couch moved out of my house and these guys did an incredible job. The owner was very kind, professional, and reliable. The moving guys Joban and Arsh showed exceptional expertise in the move. The couch was properly and perfectly wrapped up so that no damage could occur during transportation. They showed deliberate care for my piece of furniture and my house, as they insured the couch legs did not scratch the walls. I know I can trust them and I highly recommend them and I will be using them for moves in the future!

Simon and Johnny were friendly and professional. A pleasure to work with, they were flexible with my requests and quick to accommodate. On the phone, Alison was a delight to speak to, knowledgable and efficient in getting the appointment set up, even on short notice. Highly recommend this company -- I'll be working with them again in the future.

Sam and his team are a hardworking group of good people that put my move together on a tight schedule — with a reasonable price tag too! I moved my 1bdr apartment from Calgary, AB to Vancouver, BC. Out of the many moving companies I called, Sam was the most communicative, kindest, honest and best of them all. If you want to support local from BC to AB, We Move You is your go to.There were a few delays in my move, one being a mechanical problem with one of the trucks and a delay upon arrival when one employee called in sick. I believe the team did their best with the unfortunate circumstances. Any delays and woes were well communicated when there were problems which was greatly appreciated.Thanks again!!

Good experience with these movers. It was my first time using movers so i ran into quite a few scam organizations while searching. This led me to We Move You, who I contacted a week before my move.Sam showed up to my home a day after I called and gave me an on site assessment of the size of the move and offered a flat rate of $2100.00, which, considering the size of the move (roughly 1 bedroom) and distance (BC to New Brunswick), I considered to be very reasonable.The movers picked up my things mid January and wrapped a bunch of things in plastic and moving blankets (TV, couch, TV stand, cushions/ pillows, mattress) and got it in their truck. They gave me a delivery date of roughly the first week of February and had the truck at my door on February 5th.Overall the experience was good and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a long distance mover.
