Lorne is simply awesome when I need his assistance. If I have a pest of any kind he responds promptly and takes care of it. He is professional, attentive and gets the job done exactly as he promises when I contact him. I will continue to do the yearly maintenance as I can't imagine going back to ant hills in the summer, black widows, or mice from the fields visiting me each day and staying until I hired the bug man! I have been on the yearly program with Bugman for the past 12 years. My current technician is Jeremy. As with my last technician, Jeremy has been very dependable, reliable and professional. I appreciate working with someone that actually shows up on the day and at the time scheduled and that is easily accessible if there is a problem. Working with Jeremy and the Bugman has been a great experience and I wouldn't want to be without them.

This place is fantastic. Unfortunately I have had a pretty pesky ant problem in my house. Luckily they have been localized to the kitchen only, and haven't really traveled much from there. I don't mind killing ants, but the problem was that no matter how many I killed, they kept coming back, in force. And they smell terrible! Well we called the bug man and one of their techs came out the same day and applied a spray throughout the house that has been extremely effective in killing the ants. About 3 weeks later however I notice a ton of ants moving about throughout the house in spots that weren't sprayed.. smart little buggers. Anyway I made a call and within 10 minutes the same tech came out and sprayed again. Well guess what, these ants found ANOTHER spot to travel throughout the house, so I called again and the SAME tech came out again and sprayed every inch of the house. The tech is extremely friendly, and literally lives a block from my house. He has come over on his days off to help us and never charged us. Fantastic people. Keep up the good work and keep killing them bugs!!!

The technician arrived well within the time window I was given and was very professional and helpful. Gavin answered all of my questions and took care of the wasp nest that I was concerned about. He was courteous and took the time to make sure I knew what had been done and why. I would recommend the Bugman to anyone with a pest problem!

He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I was confident with the service he was suggesting. He provided follow up and was adaptable when making appointment dates.
