We needed vaccines for travel on short notice, and they were able to accommodate us immediately. They were friendly, professional and efficient, we were able to get everything we needed in one visit. Excellent experience all around, and I definitely recommend them!

My husband and I had an absolute wonderful experience. The RN that assisted us with our immunizations was a delight and very professional. She was very knowledgeable, explained each vaccine in detail and provided a comprehensive overview of what was recommended for our trip. My wife and I are planning to travel for the first time since the pandemic and with a little one. We had never been to a travel clinic before and did not know what to expect. From the initial booking, everything was very smooth. Our nurse Alice reached out prior to the appointment requesting a medical record questionnaire and to confirm our details. At the office, she went through in detail all of the health risks of the country and the recommended vaccinations & medicines to have. She also provided a booklet of all the information she had available on the risks discussed. There was no pressure to take any vaccine and even suggested that there were some that are available through OHIP if we wanted. All in all, great experience and will go again.

Staff was very attendant, explained all the options well and was very personable and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use or recommend.

Michelle was so Helpful. She gave us all the information for us to make our choices on what shots we thought might be needed for our upcoming trip to Asia. Documents were place in a nice folder for easy follow up .

Wonderful, wonderful experience !!My husband and I were travelling to Singapore via Seoul, South Korea to visit our son last month. We had never travelled to this destination before and wanted to make sure all bases were covered in terms of vaccines. We were up-to-date on our covid vaccines, however, we were interested in knowing what else we had to have for entry into both countries. From my initial first phone call, to our 2 appointments, we were astounded at the efficiency and professionalism that was displayed at this travel clinic.The communication between Passport Health Barrie office, in terms of relaying information about our up coming appointments and registration was very, very good. Both appointments, were on time, and we met with the nurse, Michelle who was an incredibly knowledgable source of comfort to us both. Michelle left no stone unturned, she explained fully what we needed to have and why, and her reassurance was such a comfort before our departure. Passport Health Travel Clinic in Barrie is an incredibly well run travel clinic and our experience with Michelle, absolutely surpassed our expectations, she is an absolute gem.Highly, highly recommend Passport Health Barrie, we both cannot thank them enough !!

The RPN we met with at the Barrie office was fabulous. She had read all about our trip and started the appointment on time. All the vaccines specific to our trip countries were thoroughly reviewed with us, relevant questions asked and all our questions answered fully. We felt confident making our vaccine choices without any pressure !! Would highly recommend this Passport Health travel office!!
