Dr. Dep is a quack. She is judgmental and probably came from addictive parents. Have the kids you delivered r addicts now. Stop practicing. Just to let her know I was approved for a 75,000 drug that can cure me. She tried to stop it. Pathetic doctor.

Excellent clinic , Dr Taylor has been our family doctor and is very compassionate with patients and is very helpful doctor .The reception staff and the bloods works team specially Barbara is outstanding too !

Dr. Shabbeer is a very thorough and thoughtful doctor. I’m very happy to have him as a family doctor, and I’m very thankful to him for taking on my daughter as a patient.

Dr. Rana is really great and I would give her 10 stars if I could, she cares about her patients and it shows. The support staff including the reception and one of the nurses are not great. They are always in a bad mood and lack empathy. I wish the support staff was as good as the doctor.I also think they have too many patients at this clinic (or not enough doctor's) because it is too hard to get an appointment. Especially, in an emergency situation we can never get in to see our doctor, and nobody else is ever available. They should leave a certain percentage of daily time available for emergencies. Part of the reason the ER is always so full is because doctors don't have enough free time in their schedule for daily emergencies that they can handle and don't really belong in the ER.Maybe hire a walk-in doctor for every day, rather than just Saturday's.

I've been going to Streetsville Medical when they were in the heart of Streetsville then after the fire I followed them to there new location where my whole family was seeing Dr, Van Ryan, (retired) he was okay but after he mis diagnosed a kidney stone I had, I changed to Dr. Sequrreia he was good but I wanted a female doctor, that's when Dr, Taylor started accepting new patients and I jumped at it and now she's my primary family physician, she's been amazing and I get it, the doctors are exhausted due to the pandemic. I just wish she would listen to me when I tell her that I'm in pain and refer me to someone who can help. most of the nurses are great, Paula is amazing, she's always very polite and answers my questions and even gives me advice if I need a referral to someone who can take me faster. Although one of the so called nurses is very rude when I come in. Other then that the place is amazing, good doctors and good nurses

Had an appointment with Dr. Shabeer and he was great. Helpful, friendly and efficient. Yet also trying to get to the root cause of your health.Appointments have to be made in advance so just plan ahead.

I've been attending this medical centre for years with no complaints until today. I need fasting blood tests prescribed by my GP, so I lined up for an hour before opening time (0900) as I had another 10.00 appointment elsewhere. I was second in line but was told that I need an appointment for blood tests and the first available time is over two weeks away. At no time was I informed that an appointment is necessary, only to fast. This is unacceptable and a waste of my time.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over 30 years and have good experiences with my doctor but unfortunately to get through to the reception team to book an appointment is like trying to call a radio to win tickets to a concert. Every time without fail I need to call back 8+ times before I get anything other than a busy tone. Online booking isn’t available with my doctor unfortunately.
