Amazing staff! We are going to Bucksburn for 10 years with our dog. Now Bubbles is getting older and needs to see the vet more frequently. We could not wish for a better team to care for him! They are always kind, professional and genuinely caring. They will accomodate an emergency, call to check on him, answer all our questions. They will go an extra mile to help your pet. We just had an incredible experience. The Doctor and staff are so warm, loving, and kind as well as so clear and simple in providing advice and asking questions, which is so critical when our pets are ill. I am so grateful for this wonderful place. I will never go anywhere else! I am also comforted by the fact that you can call after hours and the doctor will return your call - you can tell he is so committed to his work to make animals better and to alleviate our fears and worries, as pet owners. :)

Great experience. We were on vacation in the area and our dog broke is dew claw. I called the next day and they were able to give us an appointment the same day. The Dr was very nice and did a follow up the next day.

Bucksburn Veterinary Clinic and especially Dr Glauser are truly amazing. Dr Glauser saw our cat Gary on two separate occasions (last one yesterday) and he has been always exceptionally caring, attentive and understanding. Unlike some other vets we saw in the past, he never imposes any expensive and unnecessary treatments or tests, he makes proper diagnosis and proceeds with gradual course of action. He also personally follows up with a phone call next day after the visit.The clinic is usually able to accommodate the appointment on the same day or next day from the initial call, so the waiting time is basically minimal.They even remember your pet's birthday and send birthday wishes email for your pet - a very nice touch! I'm very happy that we found such a great vet clinic and that our cat is under such amazing care when in need.

They provided a really excellent service. My dog had an issue and I could into get her into her regular vet. They actually recommended Bucksburn, and I am so glad they did.Really professional treatment, explanations and care. Absolutely amazing! The girls at the front desk are always so happy and helpful. We had an emergency over the weekend, after they had closed. So I left a message and the veterinarian returned my call within 5 minutes. He was very helpful over the phone and gave me great advice over the phone. I am absolutely thrilled with the service and so thankful for the peace of mind they gave me. I was able to get in Monday to see the vet and they handled everything so well. Very impressed, I will be recommending Bucksburn to everyone I know with an animal!
