Bello's Nail

I went to Bello's to get my nails done for my birthday, I sent a picture of which set I wanted over a week before. When I came in for my appointment, the employees were rude and brushed me off a lot; at first, I tried to ignore it because I didn't want it to ruin my day, but when I saw what they did to my nails, my day was 100% ruined. Furthermore, it is difficult for me to afford the expensive services at Bello's because I am a student, I was expecting to have exceptional nails. At first, the lady doing my nails ignored me whenever I attempted to engage in any conversation with her or even when I complimented her. When she began shaping my nails, she did a rounded shape, even though I asked for a coffin/ballerina shape. So, she had to make my acrylics even shorter, against my wishes. The lady refused to redo them. When I asked her to since the length was way too short for my preference. Moreover, when she filed my nails, she cut me numerous times, leaving my fingers and nails sore for the next few days. The nails were bumpy, lumpy, uneven, you name it! The lady was careless about her work and my well-being, It was genuinely awful. I tried not to cry when walking out of their business due to the pure disbelief and disgust of what they did to my nails. After this experience, I will not be returning and do not recommend anyone to ever go there; you will only be disappointed with a dent in your bank account. Despite my faith in their business being non-existent, I still tried to call the receptionist to ask for a redo. Unfortunately, instead of being understanding and sorry for the terrible service I had received, she attempted to manipulate me into thinking that my nails were somehow wonderful and that I was simply delirious. Bello's Nail Studio is filled with no one except terrible nail technicians and a receptionist with an ego higher than my hopes for the business when I first entered.

Hi, I used to go to this salon about 10 years ago. That time I was very happy with their services. Recently I came back to this area and I went to this nail salon. By my surprise the person who did my nails, Viviane was new to the job and it took her more than one and half hours to do my nails. Because of that I lost the other appointment I had. After all my nails were so thin and despite I asked her to put one more layer, all my nails wre broken just few days after. Whe I went back to tell them, the person in charge was so rude and did absolutely nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Consistently good, have different nail tech each time but never came out disappointed!

Did an amazing job and understood what was the perfect length and shape to still be able to take contacts out. It was my first time getting acrylics and I would definitely go there to get them done again! They did a great job and weren’t too rough with my fingers (bc I know some places are).

Bello's Nail is the best nail salon I have ever been to! I have been to many nail salons in the past couple years and nothing compares to this salon. Everyone there is very talented and I always walk out happy with my beautiful nails.Service: Their service is amazing! Everyone there is friendly and polite. They are all very helpful and can help you if you pick out designs if you have no idea what you want to get done. I have personally tried all the nail techs and they all do an outstanding job. They also take walk-ins but I recommend booking an appointment to guarantee a time and spot.Quality: All I can say is amazing quality for a great price! My nails always last so long and all the crystals are still intact until my next fill. They have a wide selection of colours and they stock up on new colours as well (its already hard enough to choose when they have so many). They have so many different crystals, beads, glitters, etc. and they even do 3d nail designs!Cleanliness: From what I can see, they are always keeping the salon very clean. They sanitize all the equipment used after each client. They rinse down the jetted foot bath machines with soap. They wash all the towels and sweep the store often.Overall, I highly recommend this place and this is my go to nail salon. They do such a fantastic job that it's definitely worth the trip.

As always I had an amazing experience here! The atmosphere of the salon is always so welcoming and friendly. Twin did an amazing job on my nails, I could not be happier with the results!

Everyone here is so friendly and easy to talk to. They always make you feel welcome and cared for. I’ve been getting my nails done here for over 3 years and I will absolutely continue to go here. I moved out of the city but I still make the commute because they’re worth it. I recommend this place

During the process nail technician made the thumbs incredibly uneven and horribly thick. I had to point it out. And while she sanded them" down I'm obviously facing the consequences now. They're also very rude and mistreat customers who either don't want a design or are waiting to let their nails finish drying. Nonetheless
