Never go to this place .Take video of the truck inside out before and after taking the vehicle. These guys will charge for extra fuel and vehicle damage even though safe move is applied. attached the pics of the vehicle mileage and fuel statues while taking and returning the truck. I don’t know why they charged me extra for the fuel. Also these guys have very old truck. We loaded a washer dryer while moving and and the rusted uhaul platform bend as the screws were lose in a particular square place on the middle of the truck. we were even hearing some sound while walking inside the truck in that area before loading our stuffs.They charged us for that without informing . Never ever again in this location . Better go to Bluewater location than this one .

I am not a very big U-Haul fan as I have had issues with the company before. This time I rented a small trailer. Was easy to book and it was there when I arrived (which is not always the case). Only issue was the trailer was turned the wrong way so I had to turn it around manually which was not easy. Other then that everything was fine.

Horrible experience with staff. Will just try to take you for every last penny
