Very uncomfortable experience at this location.After pulling on a locked door, I was asked to remove my hood and look up at the camera.Was not greeted nor welcomed by the 4 employees and security guard, Very uncomfortable feeling.Im only giving 1 star because my broken remotes were quickly replaced at no charge.

Amazing customer service! I came into the store quite late in the day for a new phone & plan. Indecisive about which phone & plan to get Hamza was extremely helpful and spent time explaining the different options & benefits of the phones and phone plans. It was a very efficient process and I’m very happy with my phone plan. Very knowledgeable with amazing customer service, making this experience easy and stress-free!

I have been going to this Rogers location for years and had the pleasure of being helped by Aisha and Antoine. They are absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, helpful, quick and so very sweet. I always have a great experience here. There was another customer there at the same time with a little boy who was getting impatient while his mother speaking to another employee and Aisha put set a chair up in front of the TV and put cartoons on for him:) Super impressed with these guys. Keep up the good work!!

Hamza was amazing to work with; my friend was in a sticky situation with the plan her phone was on, and he went above and beyond to lay out all options for her, as well be very transparent with any charges to expect. He fixed her up with a new plan on the spot and was able to answer all of our questions in a professional and friendly manner. Incredible guy, Rogers is lucky to have him!

Hands down, this is the best Rogers/Fido store in the area. After a few poor customer experiences elsewhere, I decided to make the trek to this location as I noticed the positive reviews - they're all completely true.I've since dealt with a few reps here and they've all gone above and beyond to help me and my family. They're efficient, knowledgeable and, most importantly, fun to be around. It's this kind of customer service that all stores should offer!There are some negative reviews about their door screening, but I do feel safer as a customer inside of the store knowing that they're taking additional security measures. To each their own!

Spoke with Aisha. She was very helpful in going out of her way to open a repair service for me, and take ownership of my case. She also made sure that I knew how to ensure that I don't lose the data on my existing phone while having it repaired, and she even scheduled an appointment for the next morning to personally walk me through the process. Thanks again Aisha!

Hamza at this location was very informative. Understood everything i needed and helped me with one of the best plans and a new device. The reviews for this place speaks for itself. I came from a different city just to see him because of these reviews and definitely worth it. Absolutely amazing individual this will now be my home store. Everyone here is amazing!
