Yikes. We have not been to this car wash in about a year and knew it was rough then although it did the job nicely for our atv and truck, but now, it’s pretty rough.We all know how a good car wash on a sunny day is always a feel good task to complete but this car wash spot needs some love to be able to drive away feelin fresh.Garbages we’re sadly overflowing. Most things appeared broken, not working or needing maintenance. The bay we chose had a lack of water pressure so try to avoid that one - that was the deal breaker. There are some massive pot holes before entrance at one of the bays, ice build up within the bay making it easy to slip and fall and there was no holder for the foam brush! There were also two bays unavailable. We waited for about 10 minutes in line, which is typical on a sunny day!Hoping to see some love put into a spot so many use - thank you for providing the car wash to community in the first place!

First time using this coin-op, half the stalls were closed but it wasn’t too busy so I didn’t have to wait. Problem with this one is the lack of a timer. Only thing on the sign says $3 to start but it doesn’t say anything about how much time you get, and without a countdown you have no idea how long you have to wash the car. Maybe the other stalls said something, but it’s pretty basic stuff for a coin op.I put $5 in to wash my sedan with rinse, soap, rinse, spot-free and it seemed to still have plenty of time left. How much time? Who knows! Hoping some changes are made as St. Thomas has plenty of other coin-ops to choose from.

17 dollars for probably the worst car wash I've ever received. Would not recommend

Old equipment, place is a mess, a few options on the car wash panel didn't work, especially the final spot free rinse. Garbage cans are always over flowing. Better options elsewhere in town.

Don’t use the car washs came to wash my car and it ate 10 dollars the first car wash didn’t turn on, than ate another ten in another one and still didn’t turn on. No sign saying they aren’t on, or open… don’t use if you don’t want to waste your money, happen to a few friends of mine actually many friends. DONT USE

Self-serve car wash always rips me off. Turned off mid wash ( covered in soap) and wouldn't give me credit for deposited coins. Then, I went to the drive thru only to have the machine take my credit card, and car wash wouldn't open. Go somewhere else.

The garbage cans are always full and garbage overflowing everywhere. This place is not maintained at all. Tried the vacuum and it must have been clogged or broken because there was zero suction.

If you can find a bay that actually works it os great. Pressure is good. Lost another $6 today as the bay would take your money but the car wash didn't work. Management needs to fix the problem. Not the first time . There also seems like no one is ever around to talk to to get a refund.

It's a car wash. Biggest problem is the machines don't always work - it is common to drop in all your quarters then ... nothing. And there's no one to complain to. So you're out 3 bucks. So be prepared to gamble if you go there. Like a slot machine, sometimes you put your money in and 'win' a car wash; sometimes you get nothing.

put in two loonies but the machine would not accept my third coin, no option to return change and the wash system would not activate — kinda lame =/
