Love this shop! I bought a jacket and then wanted to exchange for a longer version and the woman that helped me was so amazing. She brought me several options, sizes and colors to try. I even bought another sweater while there. I would highly recommend and will go back!

I found a really cute dress thanks to the friendly staff here :) She searched the store front and downstairs for XL dresses and checked in on me in the dressing room and giving me more options. Finding a dress you love in a bigger size is usually hard but she made it easy. I'm glad I looked here to find a dress for a wedding guest.

It was my first and my last visit.Given it was busy when I entered, I understand not getting a greeting. Then the person behind me did. Great way to start the experience.I walked around for awhile, tried on coats, and stood there thinking about them. They avoid me. The hustle they had for everyone else was astounding. After a while it died down - as they said, the lunch rush as passed. This was their moment to gossip, quite loudly. It wasn’t a welcoming environment.Maybe I’m not their regular type of clientele. I am a person of colour and plus size. It’s hard to tell given the experience. Although, was there for almost half an hour. Quite disappointing.

Cute dress boutique! They carry a lot of colours, sizes, and styles. I was able to find and try on several dresses that caught my eye. They also sell accessories like earrings, necklaces, bags, etc.Super busy when I went on a Saturday. I was probably there for 1-2 hours and it was consistently busy the whole time. It is wedding season right now after all. The shop is also quite small, so it feels more crowded than it is, and can be tough to maneuver around sometimes.The lady on the floor was super nice and doing her best to help everyone, even though there were 5 people needing her attention. She kept on top of it really well.

First time customer, will be returning. The ladies helped me find the perfect dress for an event, and ended up taking another as well. They also helped me with dry cleaning. Excellent customer service and great selection of beautiful dresses.

I ordered a dress online over the weekend and sent a request asking if it could be shipped out as soon as possible as I need it for an upcoming wedding.I received it today and it is beautiful!Will definitely be ordering again!
