I have ordered a hazelnut cold brew here several times and they only make it properly maybe 25% of the time... everything from just a plain iced coffee to a cold brew with plain whipped cream instead of foam. I just give up. If you are going to advertise a specialty item ACTUALLY serve that specialty item or at least be honest and just say you don't have the ingredients. Its annoying because you pay $1 more for the cold brew. Ps. Whipped cream is NOT the same as the espresso foam. It makes the drink chunky and I prefer my coffee when it's not chunky.

As always, our local Tim Hortons never have the items you are looking for as always. I don't believe that I have ever gone to Tim's, and they had my 1st or 2nd or 3rd option available. Every Tim's seems to have a lack of Chili, Wedges, Chicken Cravables at all times. I had to repeate myself like 5 times before the person taking my order was able to understand what I was saying, I was lucky that I received the correct order. As a suggestion, possibly place the person that understands English and French the most on your drive-thru

Why is the drive thru menu in French only? Thought it would cycle through to English after the French, but nope, just kept cycling the same screens all in French. Thankfully the lady working the drive thru was bilingual and could answer our questions.

They are incredibly slow and unorganized. Went in the drive thru and it took 25 minutes. My last three visits at this location have all been very similar as in takes forever. Better off to drive to the Champlain street location.

Super friendly staff! I'm normally not a Tim Hortons fan and will always choose a local café over Tims. But I was pleasantly surprised at how much the staff interacted & connected with the customers. Well done!

No matter what time of day it is so slow...15 unexagerated time at 5 am for coffee and bagel??? Absolutely absurd.......fero dumptruck taking up 4 parking spaces at the door...

Long wait to order and order made wrong. When you have an allergy to something the staff taking the order should listen to their customers to ensure that the order is taken correctly.

I have never waited as long in drive thru as I did there. It wasn't a mealtime rush either. I have had struggles with the employees only understanding french. I hope things improve as it is the closest Tim's to my house and on my everyday route to leave the house.
