Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Recently took car rental from Enterprise Rental cars from 5609 Imperial Street Burnaby, BC, Canada. Had a wonderful experience with the rental service. Here I met 2 gentlemen Saunam and Ariel. Both helped with the rental service and they upgraded my car as it is my wife's Birthday yesterday. Had an amazing experience renting a car from these folks. Nice and polite people.

The entire team was so helpful and friendly. Brandon went above and beyond with every call. Luke was also so helpful. I had my car for two weeks, and great service and prices will definitely get me coming back and recommending this location.

I have rented car here 4 times over the recent years. All my experiences have been excellent here. All staff here are very happy to help.

Have an ICBC covered rental prearranged for me. Here come Mr. Saunam picked me up from the Auto mind workshop then with simple documentation I can drove the car away. The car provided is clean and new. After few days returning car with full gas filled as required. Mr. Ariel C. Ingaramo is friendly drop me off at the workshop too. Both of their staff is humble and friendly, good to rent car from them. I will recommend more friends for their business

Had an ICBC-covered rental pre-arranged for me here when I dropped off my vehicle next door at Craftsman Collision as per my insurance policy.Upon entry, was helped by a staff member immediately. Simple and straight forward process and got my rental within a few minutes.Detailing work on the rental was immaculate. Was clean in and out. All details and conditions were explained to me before driving away.About 5 days later, my vehicle was ready for pick up so I arrived to return the rental with the fuel returned to requested level. Was again assisted immediately, did the walk-around and was signed off on it.I didn't have to spend a single dollar as everything was covered with exception to paying for my own fuel, but the staff at this location were professional, thorough and welcoming.While I cannot recommend this location to anyone because it wasn't by choice since they are partnered with Craftsman, I was certainly most satisfied with the overall process in how seamless it was.A huge thank you to Arya, Ariel and the Enterprise crew on site!*I personally prefer lighter cars with a focus on handling but the Dodge Charger rental definitely had a ton of horsepower!

Thank you to Ariel and enterprise rent a car- Burnaby for their fanstastic service, the Cheverlot Spark was easy and fun to drive and they also had a great pickup/drop off service. I highly recommend Enterprise for car rental needs.

Rent cars from this branch for the 2nd time. The experience was great. They are reasonable with the price and rate. They don’t make any hidden charges and were willing to edit the price if it wasn’t correct.Honestly this is the best rental experience I’ve had in Canada. Keep it up!

I want a truck from Icbc are you take the truck for almost 5 days after that I receive an email saying I’m late to days for my return. I called her office and they said they call me and left a voice message but no one did no one even left me a voice message so they charged me around $130 for two days for being late and they didn’t tell me the date that I have to return the car. They said they would call me but no one called very bad service it feel like they just wanna take your money I don’t want to serve you I don’t recommend this location.

Y'know what, I had to get a new windshield so kirmac arranged everything for me. They came to pick me up from kirmac and dropped me off at the rental office. Picking up the car was fast and easy. The representative was helpful and had all the paperwork ready. The paperwork took no time and was quickly out the door to my car. The car selection was fair as they only had Durangos and Muranos on the lot. Although my car only had 6,000km and was from Alberta, the car was clean and had no issues.
