My husband and I purchased a new CX-5 on June 13. We were treated very well by the staff at LA Mazda. The sales person, Tyler, was a pleasure to deal with. He is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. He made sure we were comfortable, and he explained all the features, etc with the car. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car to go to LA Mazda and ask for Tyler.

Great service, very friendly (thanks Tyler, Jared, Craig, and Shakil!). Process of buying a new car was smooth and easy, everything was communicated clearly and there wasn't any sort of upsell pressure. I would recommend buying from L.A. Mazda!

I had a great experience with LA Mazda here in Leduc!I recently purchased a 2023 CX-30 from Leduc Mazda and was surprised by how relatively easy the entire process was.Sales Department:Thank you to Grace Vuong, Nav, and the rest of the sales team. They made my car shopping experience seamless and always kept me updated on how things were going. They have exemplified what I define as excellent customer service and going above and beyond.Finance Department:Thank you to Craig Lavoie for helping to facilitate our deal and to Jared Abrams (GM) for smoothing things over when we hit a few bumps. I would recommend that you ask for Craig by name when it comes to the financing portion of your car buying experience.Don't be afraid to ask for the General Manager as Jared helped immensely in the final stage of securing our vehicle.Thank you to the LA Mazda team!

Very very happy! This was my first ever brand new vehicle. My husband is not the easiest to barter with and these guys were great with getting us to the numbers we wanted. Our salesman was Juan. Manager Matt and Craig were all super to deal with. Friendly and down to earth. Made us feel like real people, not just a part of their paycheque. Highly recommend! Thanks for the business. Brought my car in for an oil change. I could watch how they examined my car , cleaned the front mats and changed my oil. They were efficient and professional. Every person I spoke to making the appointment and at the dealership were very nice and not pushy. Really appreciate how I was treated.

L.A. Mazda was amazing to deal with. From my first phone call with Juan, to signing the papers with Craig, the entire car-buying experience was completely for me (the customer). It is 100% apparent that this dealership prides itself on its customer service. After having a disappointing experience at a different dealership, I was worried the car buying process would be stressful, but Juan, Matt and Craig made it wonderful. Great service deserves to be recognized and that’s exactly why I am here. The buying process with L.A. Mazda is certainly a pleasant experience, our sales consultant Grace is down to earth, up front and very different then the salespeople that I used to dealt with. The staff there are all very friendly, professional and without pressuring you to buy. One thing I do want to point out here, I do appreciate how they send you a quick little video to introduce themselves and the cars before you even visit them, it is indeed “to put their face to the name”, very nice touch here.So whenever you are looking for a new or used Mazda, rather then those which located in Edmonton, don’t forget there is one in Leduc, these fellas work hard, give them a chance, they need your business!
