I emailed Kyle about a computer problem with loading and reading my cd/dvd drive. I sent 2 pictures of the guts if my computer to ask him if it was cheaper to just buy a portable DVD driver or get my computer fixed. Although he was out of the area, he saw one if 2 options and as it turns out, he was right in the money with the 2nd option. I appreciated him getting back to me with the options rather than, Bring it in and I'll take a look". I had to get it fixed somewhere else but because if Kyle's options

Kyle helped me save my old laptop so that I could avoid buying a new one for a couple more years. It runs beautifully now with a new hard drive. It used to feel like I was running on dial up it was so slow! He was very responsive to emails and explained the work and prices very well. His prices are great and he got my laptop back to me in 48 hours. He also picks up and drops off your computer at your home or office which is so convenient. Will definitely use him again in the future.
