The increase of the fax per sheet was super disappointing as I found it expensive already, and have no choice but to fax some documents to government agencies. I will look for alternatives maybe the library still cheaper.. and it says self-serve. Have to catch the consumers coming and going.

I got a postcard printed here before printing multiple copies. They kept messing it up and did not let me know that I can actually receive a refund if I am not happy with it. Finally when they told me this, I reprinted the single card again and got my 1$ refund, it was messed up AGAIN! Then I called and asked them to find out why isn’t it printing out exactly the way the file is set up. They suggested that I print without any border so it comes out “perfect”. So I made a new order to print multiple copies with a new borderless file and they yet again printed it all wrong. One of the staff members messed up with placing my order and never offered me a refund. Instead they kept asking me to reorder. The manager Jamie is extremely rude and kept talking over me and implied me not having the “common sense” of understanding something that she has no clue about. Extremely unprofessional manager- she never patiently tried to hear the full story and instead kept dismissing me. This whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. Never going back there! There are many great boutique card printing shops that will provide you an amazing service instead of these big corporations that have no respect for customer service. Getting my cards printed somewhere else and never even received my refund from staples!

I was at the Staples on 17 St today to pick up my shipment. There was this elderly lady who works in the printing department who was so rude and racist towards me but was extremely nice to other white customers. I then went to complaint to the shift manager named Garth, who was even worse. All the East Indian staff working at the store are always nice and helpful but that lady and the manager named Garth were so rude and have zero customer service skills. How come he is even allowed to serve customers with kind of attitude. People like Garth take their positions for granted and tend to forget they are representing a renowned company like Staples.

Really long wait time for the shipping department. I was standing there unattended for a minimum of 15 mins and no one even asked me what I was looking for or what I needed help with. A lady working there even looked at me and walked right by like I was non existent

Went to this location, bought a shredder for $249.00. box was torn & ripped, product visible & the only one available. I decided to buy it since I needed it but was expensive. I went on Staples website to get the $10.00 coupon and took a snapshot of the whole coupon from my email as the cashier at Staples informed me that she needs to see it on my phone. As I was pulling up the coupon, the cashier had another customer she had to attend to. I ended going to another till where manager Garth was present and informed me that he wants me to print the coupon" and would not give me the $10.00 discount. (That's not what the previous cashier said earlier) I had the whole coupon top to bottom on my phone

I have been going to this staple for years and I have never had an issue until today. New management new hiring whatever the case may be if you do not like your job. Find something else To Do a very simple.I was a mistreated and I really felt discriminized. I will not be going back there unless the management changes.And that is my opinion and my view. But they're definitely was discrimination very very shocked. It's two thousand and twenty three and this is what we're doing right now

Trying to do a shipment and during the transaction Garth comes up to the associate and tells them to go on break. My suggestion let the colleague finish the transaction best client experience. He then proceeds to get snippy with me re the transaction. Will not be using the store again and will not use eway either. Will take my online business to Grand & Toy.Great job Garth congratulations!

My photo for PR card (for travel) was rejected. I was told at the time they would give me a refund if photo wasn't accepted. They refused and would only do re-take making up excuse how they couldn't process refunds. Said usually the govt wasnt picky about photos for PR cards. So... you mean you don't take care do to a good job, or what??. Said they were trained to do the photos and the machine was from the govt. So trained till re-take took 30mins -- he kept adjusting / playing with the contrast that maybe should have been done in the first place if that needed to be done. Kept taking glares in photo. If you're trained in the first place you would know what the issue was and whether the photo was unacceptable. Instead asked me to determine if the re-take was good. You are the SUPPOSED TRAINED worker. Said he's taken hundreds. Well good for those people but not me who wasted over 67 days later to find photos were rejected and couldn't go for my trip.This location used to have good service. Now they don't even bother to ensure your return business.
