The service was fast, professional, and easy. They ask you many questions to find out key areas to hopefully get more credits and reduce the taxes you paid. Will continue with Iman from now on.

After a year of eternal back and forth with Iman, I wanted to advise people to avoid his business. He was extremely rude and condescending the moment I started complaining about his services. He filed my taxes wrong not once but TWICE and left me to file a dispute with the CRA because of his mistake. His mistakes are that he failed to accurately report the rent I paid and my income, which are very basic to file. He initially refused to take the necessary steps to correct his mistakes when confronted. When he finally agreed to take the steps after months, I was informed by the CRA that it was again incorrectly done. After informing him of that fact, he stopped responding to my messages altogether. I am deeply saddened by how he handled my case and still deal with the consequences of his gross negligence. I hope this won't happen to anyone else; I just wanted to share my experience as I would not recommend Iman to anyone.

I’ve been doing my taxes with Iman since my very first tax season and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Iman is quick with responses, available to you at all times and takes the time to explain anything you may not understand. Doing taxes with him is convenient as I do mine all through email, so there is no hassle of setting up a date and time to meet etc. Most affordable taxes I’ve come across as well.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. We had an appointment at 4.30 pm, and it was confirmed last week.We went there around 4.20 pm today and waited patiently till over 5.00 pm. I left a voice message and a text as soon as we got there just to let him know that we were there for the appointment on time.He never contact me back or didn`t even bother to let us know for being late. I believe there was a another lady who had a appointment time as same as ours, and she was asked to come in but not us.Very disappointed and thanks for wasting our time!
