Shank Pools just completed a new liner replacement for my pool. They did an amazing job and went over an above to make sure everything went smoothly and my pool will be in great shape for years to come. Very professional. Extremely friendly. Fair pricing. Filter was throwing sand in the pool. Called to have it repaired. I told them I had a water cooled air conditioner using the pool water. They disconnected the filter, turned it around saying it was hooked up backwards. Cost me $150 and now the air conditioner doesn’t work…and the filter still doesn’t work! A waste of time, and money!

John is a great guy. He couldn't help me since I am out of province (ON) but he guided me and called around. I have not had the pleasure of working with him but he owns and manages the most reputable pool company in Ottawa area.

My husband just had a fantastic experience with John Shank from Shank Pools. We had just moved into a house with a saltwater pool and have been experiencing many problems with start-up. My husband decided to cave and call a pro for some advice. John came over outside of operating hours on the same day that we called him and he gave lots of great advice, at an unbeatable price. They have just gained a life-long customer. Thank you, John!

We love John. His 50+ years in the pool business and sense of humour telling stories about why you need to do something is the reason we keep coming back to this hard working family owned and operated business. If I call them, I get an honest answer every time. Lyne answers every call, even if she is on lunch. John will call me back and help me even if he doesn't sell the product and will tell me to go and get the best deals. He is an amazing man. As an entrepreneur, I value my time and money. Shank always is efficient, ethical and great to deal with. I highly recommend them!
