I went in there today. one sausage roll $4.25 . Person behind the till snapped at me and was rude. I think its interesting and they are usually polite but im not sure if i need this .I have been coming to this location since 1984. will go elsewhere next time

I ordered the beef dip on special. I have to admit I was expecting better based on reviews. A few slices of cold roast beef with cheese and a few onions. The bun was okay as was the au jus but the bun did not hold well to being dipped. Because the sandwich was cold, the overall effect was a cold, soggy sandwich that was a little bland. I have gotten the beef dips and Starke's Deli in Sidney and they are infinitely better.

Amazing experience very nice staff. I can't believe the selection of artisan crafts, food, and hard to get British specialty items.I will be back for a double americano soon!

Used to look forward to stopping here for my weekly Wednesday lunch , but with the recent change in ownership not so much , to be honest I think today will be my last . Quality as well as service have both declined .Edit: In reply to owners response, I never stated the staff was unfriendly, I said the quality of the ingredients has dropped and I questioned the competence of the people you have making the sandwiches. On one occasion I opened my clubhouse to find a bacon and lettuce sandwich waiting for me . I should have stopped giving you another chance that day , so no I doubt I'll bother taking another chance.

It's the only place in the area for lunch. It's also a great choice! Many hot and cold selections complimented by fresh fruit, vegetables and meat in the deli.To boot there's affordable ice cream with a lovely seating area in the garden.I have visited there at least 50 times and the staff have always treated me well. I give it two thumbs up.
