To be honest the amount of beef shawarma was way too low. When I first got my order which is the shawarma mignon with the mezzas box I was very surprised of the quantity of the meat specially that I paid 28$ for this order. At the end of the meal I was actually feeling full and felt good about the meat quantity but the taste wasn't that great nothing special about it to be honest other than the to go box that is nice but I am properly paying at least $2 for that box. I think this is overage and will not return as there are lots of better cheaper options out there.

I just happened to try their new location on Crescent - I was en route somewhere else to eat and decided to try this new place, they have only been open three days there. Wow! My friend and I ordered the four mezze combo. It was wonderful, really delicious hummus, muhammara, falafel. Everything had a really gourmet touches: the tabouleh had zested lemon on top, the hummus had tiny diced peppers, the muhamara had tiny slivers of radish. All four mezzo were delicious, came with pita, and was a good price, 18$. We also got a homemade juice which was delicious but a little pricey at 6.99$ for a small bottle. When it came time to pay, their machine was not working and they trusted me to etransfer money when I got home which I promptly did. Service was really kind. A wonderful experience and I will be back.My only less positive comment is that for dine in, I think it is better to serve on reusable bowls (even though the server told us the bowls were made out of sugar cane). The utensils were metal, which at least is good but water is also served in take out cups, which I found strange for dine in.

Absolutely in love with eh muhammara dip and would go back again and again. The spice level was perfect, the walnut bits added immensely to the texture and the sweetness presumably from the pomegranate was the crown that topped it all off.Only critique is the pita it's served with us really soft and tastes storebought but I can't be sure. The falafel was different from many others I've tried before. It was on the crispier end and it was fine though I don't have an authentic benchmark to measure it against.Highly recommend overall

When you see Mezzmiz, I recommend you just walk away!! Look for another place to eat and you won't regret it.This is a very bad place to have food at. First, materials are broken, especially the oven that was not working, so they tried to use a pan to finish cooking the beef that was half cooked in the oven plus the beef ended up not cooked and I saw a blood still in it ! Secondly, bad quality food and very small portion. The workers are not professional.I don't recommend this place.

I had their Kafta sandwich and it was the best Kafta sandwich in town. It tastes so close to the authentic food we have back home! Thank you for the owner (who was super nice and welcoming) and thank you to the staff that were extremely fast and nice as well. I highly recommend this place! They have 2 places now. One on Crescent/St-Catherine street and one in Time Out Market Montreal.I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back!!

I asked for végétalien but the staff misheard for végétarien. Because he recommended the Eggplant Fatteh.Eggplant Fatteh is a crispy eggplant mish-mash of homemade tomato sauce, toasted bread and yogurt topped with toasted pine nuts, Aleppo chili oil and sumac. The toasted bread was pleasantly crispy and contrasts nicely with the eggplant's softness. For over $26, it's pricey, though it's a 4 Mezze Formula served with the classic Hummus, Tabboulé Salad, Muhammara and sliced pita bread.Classic Hummus, chickpea puree topped with garlic confit, Aleppo pepper & extra virgin olive oil. The pieces of jalapeño brought a bit of spiciness.Tabboulé Salad is a finely chopped salad of parsley, tomatoes, green onions, mint, and drizzled with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil dressing.Muhammara, a red pepper puree of walnuts, and pomegranate molasses, topped with radishes, lemon zest, chives & toasted walnuts. Not sure why but this had a slight note of bitterness.Although the plates are small, it's a lot of food and it's heavy for the stomach because of the chickpeas and walnuts.

* Ate at new Crescent Street location. Nice place and friendly staff. Two shishtaouk (chicken) sandwiches with sides of potatoes and two Cokes. Shishtaok and potatoes were good but nothing special. Pita just had chicken and pickles, and that's it, so it's kind of plain and boring (and kind of flat). Potatoes were good, as was the garlic sauce. BUT you pay $26 for a trio (can of coke), and it took 20 minutes to get our food! Two trios with tax $51,74! $60 with tip (which I really shouldn't have left as you have to order at then counter and then come back to pick it up).Go to Boustan and get a better tasting trio for $15 in under 5 minutes!

The food is very tasty here. Portions are on the smaller side so expect to take 4-5 menu items to make a full meal. Some items were out of stock unfortunately so didn't get to try all that i wanted.

Simply blown away by their amazing food. From the appetizers to the entrees, every dish was packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a great meal, this restaurant is undoubtably worth it.

Overall good Lebanese/middle eastern food. The portions are relatively small but quite tasty. The hommous, tabboule, and zaatar potato are great! The shawarma mignon was unevenly cooked and too chewy for my liking. The lemon confit chicken and the kafta were packed of good flavors but lacked a tiny bit of salt. In general, the dishes are creative and do remind me of home. I will definitely be back to check new items!
