Overall just another Tims. The location is one of the larger ones. I took off two stars for the following reasons:1. My chilli bowl was very low and when the person served it they grab the spoon head which is gross and not hygienic.2. I have been here a few times with my co-worker. Neither of us could log in with our laptops (Mac and PC) as the prompt would not come up. This issue has happened on numerous visits.

Went to grab some donuts this evening for my crew. I'm pretty sure the girl went and baked them right then. Not because of how fresh they were, but because it took 15 minutes in any empty drive thru.... Seems way excessive.

Store hours says open until 12 midnight on Google. We were told to leave at 11:30pm because they were already closing. If you close at 11:30 update your info on Google. The reason we chose to go to this location was solely based on the expectation that we could stay until 12 midnight.

Unbelievable how the person at the drive-thru doesn't say nothing to you they just take your money they don't say please they don't say thank you, they really need to have some kind of class or schooling on manners.

HAD THE Best Carmel iced coffee with extra Carmel April 15th here the best Carmel iced coffee I have ever had went again today for one and was disappointed I know it depends who makes it but I wish everyone knew the exact measurements and such because I be craving a good iced cofeee

WORST TIMS IN WINNIPEG!!!! Do not go to this location unless you would like to throw your money away completely 7 times (closest tims to me) I have received a incorrect order when I bring back the order they argue with meexample 1: I order a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich, and get sausage bring it back they tell me it’s what I ordered.Example 2: order a gingerbread latte with regular milk they make it with oat milk (as it is advertised) when I bring it back they tell me it’s regular milk and shut the drive through window in my face without fixing the issue…I have ordered this drink since it was released so I am well aware of the difference in tasteExample 3: I order sauces for my potato wedges and extra sauce as well. No sauce what so ever is given. When the lady rudely told me she was charging me for it “you have to pay” I said no problem! And of course no sauces at all in the bag!The list goes on and on. I understand mistakes, however very poor customer service is provided at this location. Whenever you call there is no answer, and no one to listen to complaints. It’s a complete free for all with the employees, and they are never held accountable. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, unless you would like to be treated horribly and given a run for your money. I now drive to dominion centre tim hortons which is not as nice of a location, and no drive threw. However I get to skip the horrible experiences with the staff at the Archibald location.

The coffee tastes burnt, but most people drink it with so much cream and sugar, they don't know what coffee is supposed to taste like.I generally come here for the donuts because I can take them to work for colleagues without breaking the bank. Otherwise I can't recommend Tim's.

Well worth it. Great service and very friendly. Went by this evening but only wanted crullers. They didn’t have any BUT offered to make them fresh if I waited 5 minutes, so unexpected and so nice.

I just recently went to this store. First of all the front of the house seems rude. I order peach quencher and the taste wasn’t expected like she just don’t wanna do it. If its rating is minus I should have given -10000 to customer service. Moreover, she doesn’t even close the lid of the drink properly which leads to half of the drink on my clothes. Truly disappointed with the service.Thanks
