As a Canada Post office inside. The store is relatively small and therefore everything is a bit tight inside. Prescription area is small.

Even by calling ahead and waiting for your prescription order confirmation, you can wait up to 40 min to get your medecin. All they will tell you is to wait and wont even listen to your questions.I even tried giving my insurance card to the first lady who didn’t even listen, so i had to give it while paying for my prescription which caused longer delays.I’ve been a customer of Jean Coutu for over 10 years and never seen a such problematic branch.

I came in 20 minutes after they told me that my prescription was ready, and 7 people who came after me got their prescriptions before I did. I waited 30 minutes when they told me that I would only wait 5. My prescription does not need any preparation beforehand. I don’t understand why there was such a long wait.

Probably the most frustrating and the worst telephone service for filling a prescription I've ever dealt with. If you try to speak to someone, get ready to be stuck in their poorly designed phone system. You are always second inline to speak to someone then when it's your turn, no one picks up the phone and you are sent back into the queue and you never actually get to speak to anyone. I feel bad for sick or elderly peope who can't travel in-person to the pharmacy. This PJC should be ashamed in that they can't get something as basic as a proper phone system to serve their more vulnerable clientele.In addition, this pharmacy takes the longest to fill a prescription. Minimum 4 hours if you call it in (automatically or IF you speak to someone).

It's clean and all I just don't find it's right to have a huge section full of French cards yet they only have a VERY small section of English cards and on top of that they don't even have baptism cards in English with that tiny winny section

There is an old racist lady in the cashier and if you don't speak French, she will not listen and care (she can speak English but she decides not to). I always have problem with her at check out.

I'm an HCP and I called to FU my patient's file and never had I experience a terrible service. I called and the technician that answered couldnt hear me properly. I figured it's probably my phone so I spoke out louder. She said it was better but then the issue happened again. Instead of trouble shooting on her side and maybe its her phone, she then proceeded to curse and hang up. I've been in customer service for a very long time and dealt with difference pharmacies and this is not a way to talking to HCP or to any patient. Find this very unprofessional.

Went there for photos, the old lady who clicked the pictures was so rude and racist and photos background was very dark. so unprofessional. Though the guy working there was nice. I wouldn't recommend.

Have been going here for many years...service as of late has gone from mediocre to poor. A young woman at the pharmacy service counter was curt, impatient, and arrogant...crossing my fingers that the service will improve but I am not very hopeful. Sad, bewildering times.

LA PIRE PLACE, SERVICE DE BASE ET PHARMACIEN TRÈS DÉSAGREABLE!!! Worst place EVER!!!! and the guy who run the lab is insulting and mysogynistic... Never go there ever again for meds!!!
