I had the God Fire Ramen, added an egg, spice level one. BEST RAMEN EVER. it was the perfect spice level for me, still very spicy, can't even imagine the other levels. The egg was sooooo good, creamy, soft boiled, savoury, perfect. I had never had an egg so good! The service was swift, kind, helpful, and lovely! I'm dying to go back for more ramen! The menu is small but for a good reason, lots of options to add or change the ingredients and how you like your noodles cooked etc. They clearly put a lot of care into their food, the small menu is just right! The price for the size of the bowl and food you get is very good. I was not hungry after, very very satisfied.Please, if you think you like ramen, eat here, and realize how good it can actually be!

This was my first time eating at this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The ramen was fantastic - I liked that I could choose the saltiness and noodle texture. The octopus takoyaki and the chicken gyoza were a great addition to the table to share. Staff was very helpful and checked in several times on our group.Some cons - bathroom access is downstairs ( not unusual at all ), and to get into the restaurant, there are two steps at two different spots by the doors that I did trip on coming in. Overall I would come again!

Toronto feels like a blend of L.A.,New York, and San Francisco they even have their version of time square. Also, a variety of incredible food! I was surprised when I saw Ikkousha. Because they have a branch in LA, I believe. So i have to eat there immediately!I always love how they prepare their ramen. The richness of the noodles and its texture, the delicious fatty broth, and the chasu so soft. They never disappoint. Until we see each other again.

We’re regular clients of Ikkousha pork ramen. It’s affordable, it’s insane delicious and the staff is nice. They’ve got a perfect menu with a few selected items which I always appreciate because it’s an easy experience with simple options. Their gyozas are amazing, I absolutely love them. They serve food quickly too.

Now that’s some good ramen! This place is packed on a Friday night, as expected. I think the flavours and service are authentic, staff were very sweet and accommodating. Ordering is simple, you just check off the specifications for your bowl on a sheet and give it to the staff! Maybe I didn’t order the right bowl, but it was alright. Good bowl of ramen but no wow factor. It was also nice to see some good vegetarian options!

Great and fast service, however I don't understand the hype... i ordered their spicy tonkotsu ramen but wasn't wowed. Soup base was a bit salty and otherwise just fine. Chashu was cut very thin. Unlike most ramen joints an egg is extra and wasn't cut for you.It's not a bad ramen spot but not a place I'd go to after trying it out once.

Not an overstatement at all to call this the best ramen in Toronto! Only Canadian location of this global Japanese chain. Gyoza is also excellent!

I’ve been to Ikkousha Ramen more times than I can count. Toronto is filled with sub-par ramen and finding Ikkousha was truly a blessing. The broth is so hearty and refreshing. The toppings are all fresh and the egg is cooked properly. They have a loyalty card system, that after a certain amount of visits you can get free items! Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving ramen/in the area.

The wait staff here provided us the friendliest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful and inviting.The ramen itself was also great. I was warned about the spice level of the God Fire, and it was indeed pretty spicy at level 1 of 4. The egg is an excellent add on, although next time I would leave out the pork ball.There are two Ikkousha Ramen storefronts just a couple doors away from each other. One serves pork ramen dishes, and the other serves chicken. We visited the pork location but I’m sure the chicken is just as great. I would be happy going to whichever one first offers you a table!
