Ryan & Garret were down this morning installing a Lennox Air Conditioner.. As always an exceptional job.We have met approx 10 of the Browns staff over the past few months as we have done large plumbing/heating upgrades. Marvin the tech was excellent. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend him and this family run company. He took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done for the AC servicing. He showed me a picture of the AC coils before cleaning which were heavily covered in the cottony fluff blown in from the surrounding trees. He also replaced 2 faulty valve cores on the AC.He inspected the furnace and showed me a leaking coupler for furnace that caused water /rust and promptly ordered a new coupler. He will be back to install new sink shut off valves that were also slowly leaking along with the new coupler.

We live in Winnipeg, and we needed to re-run plumbing running through our main floor by opening our basement ceiling. Quite a quirky job with some curveballs. Quote was well researched, timely and fair. All my questions were answered, and communication was excellent. Crew was punctual. Workmanship was top notch. Highly professional on all accounts. Koby was fantastic. In summary, their customer Service was some of the best we have ever had from the trades. Folks, give this crew a try.

Marvin from Brown’s was quick, efficient and explained follow up options for service in concise, easy terms. He also recalled a repair he did for me years ago and asked if everything was still good with it. I’m always impressed with Brown’s and today was no exception.

Ryan Iliffe was super pleasant and explained all the work before starting. I had leaking cast iron water pipes which they replaced with new pipes. This involved cutting into walls to access the pipes, but they did a great job at minimizing disruption to me and my house. When they encountered an unexpected issue, they always asked permission first before proceeding. The repair and faucet work perfectly now. Great guys. I highly recommend!
