Positive side: Location (close to all you need) - Safety (very safe building and area) - Cleanses (building is very clean) - No noises (walls are strong and you don’t hear neighbors) - Pool - Sonna -Gym - Purchase price.Negative side: Outside parking .

We have a very good manager, his name is Igor and a new board member thats renovating the building. And our place is soundproof and I have a good view. The condo is also clean, and theres a swimming pool and a sauna and I have an underground garage. I’m satisfied and I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a place to live that’s affordable

I'm in Surrey BC now but thinking about moving back home to Montreal and maybe Cote-St-Luc, the City I grow up in. Whenever I passed this building on the 161, I was always intrigued by it. So I have been thinking about buying here but I see so many Units for sale and some on for a long time. Is there a problem with the building or Strata?

The magnet is good we have a pool and Sonia witch is closed.We also have a card room and excersise room.The Cod is near buses and the Cavendish Mall too.
