This place is A+. Quality cuts and amazing fades! Johnny is great, takes his time, very accommodating and makes sure you are 100% happy with your cut. The online booking system makes getting in and out a breeze. The decor is amazing and the shop doggie is adorable! Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this place twice. Undoubtedly, they are one of the cleanest barber shops in London. The first time I went I could not imagine a barber with this high level of efficient barbers exists in London. The service was excellent and the barbers were very friendly. Today, I decided to walk in without making an appointment and was expecting a long wait. The moment I entered, the owner of the barber’s told me, “Your friend, Patrick, is here for you.” Patrick has a unique personality, he is very respectful to other people’s culture and religion. He loves to read about history and culture and loves to educate his customers. Surprisingly enough, when he finished the service, Patrick told me that I’m NOT paying for today’s service. At first, I thought maybe he meant the gratuity so I asked him again and he confirmed “YOUR SERVICE IS AT NO COST”. He really made my day and filled my heart with joy. When I went to the mosque and gave my speech today, one person told me, “Imam, you seem very happy and full of energy in today’s sermon” I told him, “Patrick made my day” and I told him the story. We need people like Patrick in our society who understand and respect other people’s culture and at the same time efficient in their work. Thank you PATRICK for making my day!Respectfully,

I took my son here for his first haircut. I realize this is not a kid's shop and I'm sure John would prefer to cut an adult's hair, but he didn't let on at all. Im sure kids cuts are a pain but he was so lovely! He made me and my little guy feel so welcome and was so friendly. Best of all, he was able to give my son an adorable haircut even though he was a bit squirmy. He totally rolled with it and also put some paw patrol on the TV for us. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great cut and experience. Great chance to support a local business who really deserves it.

My first hair cut in London. Just recently relocated for work. I had booked with John for a mens cut. I was warmly greeted by him as soon as I walked in by name. Very warm and comfortable atmosphere. John is very friendly and personable. Would of have more stars but could only select 5. Highly recommend this shop if you are in need of a new look or clean up!

I’ve finally found a barbershop that cuts my hair the way I want. Both John and Patrick are great guys that make you feel welcome when you walk in. The place is clean and inviting. I’m a big fan of the online booking and how easy it is to use. Having an idea of what a cut costs these days, including from the previous barbershop I went to, I can say Phanners is definitely well priced and you get a great service as part of it.
