Riverside Hearing Care (Hear Right Canada)
As a younger guy (36), I was very intimidated about going for hearing aids. However the staff at Riverside Hearing were awesome. Alexa was incredible knowledgeable and explained everything in a simple way and how and why your hearing is damaged. She went over all the choices for hearing aids and the features they offer. The fitting was easy and the follow up went great as well. I am glad I made the appointment and incredibly glad I picked Riverside for my hearing needs.

I can not express enough how amazing Riverside Hearing is. Not only is every member of their staff warm, welcoming and kind oh, but they are also Beyond accommodating. They explain everything in full detail every step of the way. We are so happy to have found such an amazing team to work with for our daughter's Hearing Care.

I have been dealing with Riverside Hearing care for a couple of years. They have a very wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Receptionist, audiologists, and the office support are all professional and friendly. Addressed any request in a professional prompt way.

I went in for a hearing examination today and had Alexa as myexaminer. Wonderful experience. Front desk and Alexa were both great. They went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Alexa was very professional in providing me with excellent options to restore my hearing to a most acceptable and comfortable level. Her ability to apply various audio technology techniques to adjust and fine tune my hearing aids was most appreciated. The staff was most helpful in a variety of ways.
