I wish I can give six stars ... The team of Richard Popplestone, Taylor Smith, and Devon Wilson was formidable in getting me to the finish line within 19 days. Despite my hard negotiation all three of them remained cheerful and positive. Never had worse customer service anywhere in my life, don't sell or buy a car here (specifically with this dealer). Educate yourself, buy private and get inspected. Save your money, don't waste your money with dealers. Educate yourself on Mitsubishi's as well.

Very Happy with our experience dealing with Eric. Very personable, non pushy and listened to all our wants and concerns. It felt like dealing with a friend, which made it such a easy comfortable process.Eric made the experience very comfortable and we are ecstatic with our Brand new Outlander.
