Blake was great to work with! He took the time to explain all the different aspects of the home buying process. He recommended a good team to work with which was nice because it made my husband and I feel more secure about the process. His background in law was definitely an asset. He is low pressure but there when you need him.

My husband and I chose Blake as a realtor to help us find out first home. Blake was ALWAYS available to answer our questions throughout this new process for us. Blake assisted us with both our sale of our existing home as well as purchase of our new home in Sherwood Park. Blake was immensely helpful throughout the entire process. His professionalism and expertise is commendable.When we started the process we were looking at building with a builder and Blake was able to assist in that process in a number of different ways, eventually we decided to look for something pre-built and again Blake was there to guide us through the process never pushing us into a purchase and making sure we found exactly the house we were looking for. When it came time to sell our existing house Blake was again professional and knowledgeable in both the market conditions as well as what to expect.
