Amazing experience. Brianna was so friendly and helpful and understanding. Had issues with my Cogeco box and within 15 minutes all was looked after. Thank you so much. 5 stars for Cogeco and 10 stars for Brianna.

Usually I dread a trip to the cogeco but Breanna (hopefully I got the name right) was amazing. Was there by herself yet saw to 3 other people in the store super quick and got me everything I needed in no time. She’s awesome!

I came in to the Hamilton location with a bunch of questions about products and wifi installation (first time wifi buyer)! Within 10 minutes Sherri had answered all my questions and set me up with a modem for my at home wifi! She made it all very easy and walked me through each step! She is amazing! Thanks Sherri!

I am a satisfied customer who has stayed with Cogeco since having it as an option in Hamilton. You are paying for very reliable internet and cable services, and for the best customer service! Today, Brianna K. at the Eastgate location found me savings on my existing plan, just for walking into the store. This is awesome! That's the kind of service you get with Cogeco, it's worth it.

I just want to say how pleased we were with the service at the new Cogeco location at Eastgate mall. Sherri was our customer service representative and she was fantastic. She helped my mom with an updated box and she did so much to help my account. She helped with some outstanding issues that were hanging on for so long. Thank you so much for that. Anyone needing cable cogeco is the way to go. Thank you again!!!!

Went by the east gates new location to speak with a representative about our wifi cut outs. Brianna was excellent in helping us identify the problem and provide us with a quick and easy solution. Her customer service is absolutely spectacular and would recommend looking to speak with her if you have any questions in store!
