I am so pleased with the work Urban Closets did for us in our home. I appreciated the extensive consultation and drawings to ensure the closets were very functional according to our needs. The installation happened in a timely and smooth manner. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

We called Curtis one day when we came to Kelowna from out of town to inspect our new condo. I had some design ideas and Curtis came back to his showroom from the job site to meet us as we were only in town for the day. Right away I knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else as Curtis was very responsive, supportive to my ideas and offered solutions I didn’t consider. Later we contacted Katie and the day after taking possession she arrived to measure and offer further suggestions and top notch ideas. It is a relatively small space and every square inch was creatively utilized. The install date was set which was sooner than anticipated and the installers arrived on time, were fully organized, professional and respectful. We converted the den into a walk in closet and workstation. We are very pleased with the end result as it suits our needs perfectly. The materials are top notch and I’m sure will last a lifetime. Very pleased with our experience with Urban Closets, for design and install of our closet, laundry room, and entryway.From the start, Katie was super responsive and had helped us with a design for our closet. We didn’t end up following through at that point because we had a new baby on the way. When we finally decided to go through with it, she was ready to pick up where we left off right away, and we added on some more items.She came to the house for an in depth design consult, and could be reached very easily for any questions we had.The whole process felt very comfortable and personal.The installers were also great, professional and respectful. There were a couple small hiccups during install stage, which I’ve learned sometime can happen with construction, but they were dealt with promptly and honestly.The end result is great. Curtis, Katie, and the installers were all great to work with. I would easily recommend Urban Closets to anyone looking for a custom closet.

We absolutely loved working with Urban Closets so much we found extra closets for them to come back to design and install for us. Whenever we have new guests come visit, our closets are part of our house tour because they are so pretty.Urban Closets are professional, organized and so friendly. We had Urban Closets custom design and install all of the closets in our home. Curtis and Katie were great to deal with as were all of there staff. They were all very professional, efficient and the job was completed on time. They have transformed our master bedroom closet from an large empty open space to an efficient and aesthetically beautiful space! We are very happy with the results!
