12 out of 10 customer service from Mackenzie.I appreciate the time taken to answer all my questions, Mackenzie is an incredible asset to this store! I’m not located anywhere near Vancouver however will be there mid April, and wanted to know more about an item and stock levels before I arrive.

Brilliant store with great staff, good bargains in the sales and top quality products.This one is particularly big with a good range (albeit seasonal - this last weekend was clearance in ski gear).

The staff here were so helpful! We were unsure about getting a jacket because of the price, but they reassured us that we could return it no problem if we didn't like it. Unfortunately that's what happened, but they were so nice about everything that I'll definitely be back to find something else.

I love this store! The staff are all friendly and helpful. They have great selection and if they don't have anything in stock you can use their in-store ipad to order your size. Their return policy is amazing and hassle-free.If you're planning on stopping by I would recommend checking their instagram story for updates on store opening times! If there are any deviations to the schedule they will post on there .

I didn’t really know where to write this so here it goes.A week or so back my mom had come in to look for some gloves for me. She had been searching around and couldn’t find any as it’s difficult for her to see.She was then approached by in her words a fluffy haired man. Who proceeded to help her around the store looking for gloves and other things she wanted to check out. But after looking around they found some gloves and she candidly asked the man if he thought they would be good enough for extreme cold. He spoke honestly and told her that in his words “these are great! But if you need gloves that are going to hold up in below freezing temperatures I wouldnt recommend these.”He then proceeded to show my mom options from other competitors. His honesty blew my mom away and she told me about this experience and felt like I needed to share. I’m a long time customer and will remain one!

I’ve been wearing Patagonia clothing for almost 30 years now and I was looking forward to visiting this store. We don’t get to Vancouver very often, but we’re returning from India and had a day to play. They were having a %40~%60 sale, so it was quite busy on a Thursday morning with lots of deals to be had. The staff looked very busy, but were really helpful and answered all our questions. There was a LOT of products available, but you had to look for the things you wanted … it seemed like a year end sale with everything was put on the floor to make room for the new season/year. I would have loved to spend more time in this wonderful store just looking around and soaking it all up, but it felt a little hectic with the sale going on and all the bargain hunters. Patagonia’s quality and ethics speaks for itself so I would highly recommend visiting this store if you get a chance … or miss the crowd and visit their website!

This store is great if you haven’t been! One of two corporate Patagonia stores in Canada! Huge selection of mens and women’s high quality outdoor gear! The staff are super friendly and helpful! They know the products and do what they can to help you out! If they don’t have your size and choice of colour in store they will assist you to order online. The quality is fabulous and long lasting. If they is any defects with your item it has a life time warranty, drop it off in store and within 6-8 weeks you’ll have it back with the needed repairs! Zippers stitches etc. don’t be afraid of the cost, the quality remains after the price is forgotten!

Great store to be in with excellent ambiance and great customer service. A super friendly employee called Regina helped me find everything I was looking for and was able to give me great practical advice. First visit but will definitely be back!
