The food was excellent!!! However, our service was lacking for the following reasons:1) We ordered a bottle of wine ($75). I was presented the wine prior to opening. Once presented, the server did not immediately open it, rather, he disappeared and ran a plate of cold salad to a table!!! He than returned to open and serve the wine.2) Our server did not perform a quality service check with our appetizer.3) Once our entrees were served, we were not offered any cheese, salt or pepper. None of which are on the table and we had to request these condiments.4) Upon seeing that our wine glasses were low our server only refilled 2 of the 3 glasses that were on the table.Considering the amount we are paying at such a restaurant I would expect a higher level of quality service. Again, food was delicious, environment was lovely, service was lacking.

Definitely recommend any pizza with truffle oil, the flavor is way differentthe squid ink pasta is sour, but deliciously

We ordered out and were really disappointed. Possibly the worst Italian we’ve had in Oakville. Pastas we’re bland and tasted like you could make them at home easily with no skill. Caprese salad was horrendous, check the photo. Tomatoes were straight off a subway sandwich tray and somehow even the arugula wasn’t right. Won’t be ordering it again.

Visited to celebrate my daughters birthday on April 7. Atmosphere and service was nice, but the food was average. Gnocchi was ‘mushy’ and ‘sloppy’ and the penne bolognese was uneventful.

Last weekend we stopped by Verace. We sat at their patio.The service was fast and our server was friendly, ready to discuss with us the menu and more.We both order pasta. I ordered pasta with sea food with tomato sauce.We were served oil, balsamic vinegar and bread.The balsamic vinegar was thick like honey... it taste great.We also tried the ricotta desert which was great texture and great taste.Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful lunch today at Verace Italian restaurant. The food was EXCELLENT... Pasta was cooked perfectly, temp was very good. We sat at the bar as we didn't reservations, and our server Igor made it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back.

4.6/5 - I’ve been there a few times, and the experience (service and food) has been consistently high. Very well run business. Absolutely worth the visit.Service is close to impeccable. They are very sincere and care about your experience. The head waiter (tall guy), is a lifelong professional server and sets the tone for everything. The owner is a chef I think, and is quiet by sees everything and sets the bar high.Food - the real star. Pizza’s are Neapolitan style and all delicious. Try one. But the entrees and appetizers are where the real action happens. Every order I’ve tried has exceeded expectations. On a Saturday at 2pm the place was 75% full. Shoutout my bartender for excellent service.I look forward to returning.
