From the outside this appears like a place to go when you're looking to get robbed for insurance purposes. In reality, it's actually quite nice, the services are great, and the people super helpful. I'd go back, especially now that I know what it's really like in there.

The staff is friendly. You are treated with respect on the first visit. They make it sound like they will help you fight to get things done. In reality they make a phone call on your behalf when they are told, that is the way the policy is, you are done no more help from them. The initial meeting is very misleading. So basically if you go in, do not get your hopes up, you will still do all the work to try to get your situation taken care of and they will move on to the next person without a second thought.

If you are going her for a welcome pack... Be prepared to wait, my clock for recieving one is 3 months and counting. The employee responsible is never available and outright lies about replying to you.
