I have no doubt the the employees here work hard and do not get the respect they deserve, however it's painfully obvious how short staffed this establishment has.

Tables are never clean, running out of food items, drink station is disgustingly dirty. It's never super busy in the dining area so it should be kept clean easily with the amount of workers they have behind the counter

Better off slapping 20$ on counter and ask theme to suprise you; never have the right order and ice cream machine rarely works. Most are very rude if you speak french (town is 80% French). No smile, most of theme look like they were force to work in funeral day. Thoses who does give you a great service are exceptional....but i rarely stumble on theme.

It's okay. It's McDonald's. You know what you're going to get. At least there's consistency. I get that everything has gone up price wise, I'm not trying to be unreasonable, but it's absolutely crazy that I can go to a restaurant and get a burger fries and an 18oz draft beer for cheaper than a McDonald's meal! I got the quarter pounder meal and a fillet-o-fish (just the sandwich) and i used a 30% off app offer for the fish and it was almost $19. the wait times are absolutely absurd! Definitely no longer fast food! It's cheaper and quicker to go to an actual restaurant!

Ordered drive-thru waited over 20 mins for a junior chicken meal and quarter pounder BLT combo. After being told to pull up and park, I had to go in and ask for meals. Nothing was moving. There weren't any fries ready or even frying.

Get my order wrong everytime I go. They barely understand English. They messup so bad I told them to never mind and to give me my money back. Very unprofessional place. Hire better staff or train them properly.
