Alireza Sharifzadeh is a professional home inspector. Very hands-on, friendly, caring, and informative. Good customer service is very rare to find these days, so it was very nice and refreshing. He inspected every aspect of the home and helped us get rid of all of our doubts about the house. The detailed report he sent us within only a few hours was another surprise of the quality of the service we received from him.Highly Recommended!

A fully professional and quality services were provided. The inspection was started on time, all the details were explained verbally within inspection time, also all the areas required to pay specific attentions or future repair were brough up to take action. I had a very good feeling that the inspector (Mr. Sharifzadeh) cared about every single visible sections to inspect from basement to the roof. The final written inspection report was also having detailed break down including all actions and recommendations to follow. He also supported me to answer many of questions happened months after inspection that helped a lot to get a better deal from insurance company. Thanks again for your services and supports.

Ali was able to accommodate us and walked us through the entire process. He was helpful in determining areas that we should be concerned about, as well as showed us points of interest in our unit. The whole appointment wrapped up in under an hour with all our questions and concerns addressed and we were given an electronic copy of the full inspection later that night via email with detailed photos and explanations of each step of his inspection for us to keep. WARNING: Stay away from this lunatic. He reports aluminum wires when there are none...Reports mold when there is none....He writes that top quality PVC windows are done after 20 years...Copper and cast iron plumbing are done after 50 years to only name a few. A second inspection done by a qualified individual that had the right credentials such as AIBQ & InterNACHI demolished Sharifzadeh's fake report. Collusion and corruption is everywhere, protect yourself with the right professional with the right credentials.

I had 2 inspections with this professional team. First, they have fair and acceptable rates comparing with other competitors. They were also very cooperative in scheduling the inspection date as I didn't have much time and I told them in a short notice. The engineer is very professional and knowledgeable. He let us know literally everything and it was so helpful. The report was so technically acceptable and we could negotiate and get more discount form the seller. So recommend.
