I have been working with Ciprian for approximately 5 years on different Strata buildings (him as the Strata Agent and us as the engineer). The building caretaker of Lincoln Hills Jennifer towed my car, I admit there was no park pass but strata bylaw should give any warning, our car didn’t create any problems to the property and it is the only car parked in visitor’s parking that moment.He thought that we are guests from other building, He didn’t checked the camera that me, my wife and two kids went to the front door and visit a family. The towing company had charged me $440. This is too much! Property management has poor investigation, He should have checked the camera, and call the resident to inform the guest whatever needs to be done. Towing a car right away without giving a warning is too harsh. I request a reimbursement for the tow fee.I knew an amazing strata that they kept a file of parking violators, once the warning reached three times, that’s the time they are going to clamp it (wheel clamp and removal fee is $20). If repeated violation, that’s the time that it will be tow.Please reimburse me, $440 is too much!

I have been working for a lot of management companies as an electrician. I am finding that Colosseum Property is one of the better ones. They are very solid and knowledgeable. They value complexes money and always make sure that they get the quote of budget for work so their is no surprises or unexpected extras. We love them because not only are they demanding and very professional but always pay on time when job is properly done. They are not scared to point to the mistakes we make or miss on something. We love that because they are very straight forward. I hope for a long relation with them and I am happy for the complexes for getting the value for their money. We had many problems and concerns with every PM company we hired. We were and are not a difficult building, with unreaslistic expectations. However, we seemed to have more than probabilty should allow share of little good luck. Ciprian came along and he seemed to have the right background in building maintenence and management so we gave him a chance. Don't tell him but he is worth his weight in gold...and he is not a small man. HIRE HIM if your not happy and as long as your group has at least one foot placed in reality, you will be very very happy you found this outstanding and very knowlegable man. Best of the best. DM
