The food was delicious as always. But there was no tissue paper in washroom.Ordered two meals but they gave us three. Staff was cheerful.

Specifically asked for our burgers to be cooked fresh. Was ignored the first while ordering at the drive thru, then when confirming she heard me her response was “ it’s always fresh” . Our burgers were lukewarm at best. Easily been sitting in a warming tray for 15+ minutes. Atrocious service. Would give 0 stars if possible and will never be back.

A quick and affordable breakfast option in Canmore. I have honestly never had an A&W breakfast and was really surprised how good it was. This location's staff are excellent, friendly with quick service, they are doing a great job!Anyway, an option for quick, affordable breakfast eats if you are in town.

Wow, I've been to all the A&W in Canada and tried sweet potato fries, and the fries here are the most crispy and delicious. The sauce also has a date on it, so it's more reliable.

A&W is usually a go to late night fast food venue but in this case it was very clear the food had been sitting for a long time and the staff failed to make fresh food when it was needed. Burger was very dry and gritty, chicken wraps were also dry and pathetically topped, almost no lettuce or sauce. It's clear the staff have no consistency or care. I'll go to A&W in a pinch for some late night eats at other locations but will make sure to steer clear of this location in the future. If you are looking for fresh fast food go to McDonalds.

Driest Chipotle chicken wrap I've ever had. Like no Chipotle on it at all? Ordered 4 and they were all ready instantly and all dry.. barely any lettuce and 1 sad piece of bacon. Is this normal? If so, this is sad.The teen burger patty was also dry and gritty

I love A&W since my teenage years. So on my recent trip to the Canadian Rockies with my wife and daughters, we deliberately looked for an A&W to eat one last time before we flew home to Singapore.We had to drive off the Trans Canadian Highway to find one in Canmore on the way to Calgary Airport.The staff were very friendly. Parking was very convenient. The restroom was clean. The Nashville Chicken sandwich and the root beer were good.

Best burger joint in town, best value. You can use coupons too. Teen/Mozza burger never dissapoints. Staff is always welcoming.

I like A&W. Stopped here for lunch while travelling the #1. But this location is one on the poorest in terms of location and access. No real clear signage from Bow Valley Trail on how to get into it. It required a U turn and back tracking on our part. Once there and in the drive thru things went promptly and our orders were received as requested. The location is run down, garbage cans outside were over flowing and the parking lot in minuscule. The Food was still A&W quality. Not easily accessed from the #1.

The place is good, but the service people were mean. I visited the store for the first time so I was looking at menu and they were not even waiting for me to look at it and they just wanted me to order. They were very rude and not friendly at all.
