I’ve been trying to get a refund for 2 weeksThese people never respond to texts or emails but quick to take your money .Called me 2 weeks after I placed my order to say they don’t have the lemon cologne and would I take lime instead …???These people are scammers ..avoid them completely

I was order 8 days ago and there is no confirmation email or tracking number or any communication between us. They didn’t send me anything. I call them many times in different days and i left voice message but nobody call me back. I don’t know what’s going happen. Don’t recommend anyone !!!

We were very pleasantly surprised to receive more than what we asked for when we got three big boxes of Turkish delight candies which were double the size of the ones we ordered for the same price!

Family owned, online shop specialized on Turkish products that are hard to find in big grocery chains in Canada. Nice people, easy to deal with and courteous. They do wholesale for other ethnic stores as well.

These people hosted a Turkish festival on the weekend and their poster cirulated all over social media. The event was a joke and it was not something you can call a festival by far. It was a small little tent that erected outside a tiny little warehouse store. There was nothing 'festival' like. People who drove a good distance were thoroughly disappointed with the false advertisement. People who were working there did not seem like they understood the assignment. The customer service aspect wasn't there at all. Everyone seemed on the edge and short-tempered. Possibly will never go to these folks again. I drove over 50km for this 'Turkish Festival' and was amazingly disappointed. They should look up what a festival should look like and event organzation is...because this was far from it. wasted my weekend time just getting there with my family just to deal with their terrible attitude.

Didn't ship order, but took my money. 3 months, no order, will not answer calls or emails. Scam.

Good quality products. I like your olives, bulgur, tomatoes puree, tahini paste, olive paste, pistachios paste and much more.
