This place is a disaster!! Everytime we went in for a tattoo they they were available and were not, they did not honor their workmanship or jewelry . Thye put in a too small part at piercing and said do t worry it will OK. It wasn't and because it was too shortThey would not honor their part in itTreated us horribly. Would not recommend. We have come to find out after accusing of user error it originated from there. They used a base that was too short , they even told my sister she would pro ably need it replaced but not to worry she could get it done when she was in town next!!

I went to get my ears pierced with Dallas at the recommendation of a friend. Everything at Perfect Image was absolutely clean and all the staff were totally professional. I have never had any kind of piercing before and Dallas made the whole process really easy and comfortable. They made sure I knew everything I needed for aftercare and when to come back for resizing, etc. I definitely recommend Dallas and Perfect Image and I will be going back again.

I got my vertical labret done here and I love it! My piercer was ella and they did a great job. But most of all I love the person at the front desk! They are so sweet and helpful and talked with me until I was getting the piercing done, and hyped me up after!!! great experience for an affordable price

I’ve gone to Amanda now for the last year and she’s been my go to! Such an amazing artist with years of experience, always giving me what I ask for. I love her art style, she is patient and efficient and I highly recommend going to her for your tattoo needs! Staff is very friendly and I will continue to go back for future pieces.

My visit was around a month and a half ago, I had called the night before to book a nose piercing appointment, the girl over the phone was very helpful and kinda, I arrived a little before but before my appointment to noon at jewelry. Took quite some time to get acknowledged but once I was the girl at the front was SO SWEET! However I cannot give more stars because my piercer was very unfriendly and a little rude :(

Dallas was amazing to work with for ear piercing. They did an absolutely amazing job. Also a special shout out to Ryan who answered all of my questions regarding the jewelry and was extremely welcoming, polite and energetic when my partner and I walked in. I will absolutely be back in the future!

Very friendly team who guide you through the process answering any questions or concerns. They make you feel very comfortable. First piercing at 70 fir me and my sister 64 wow but what a fun day we had...laughing that we actually did it. Thank you ladies ❤️

I went to Ryan and absolutely love the work he did for me. It was easy to get a response from the artist, and he is super friendly and easy to get along with.I was initially put off from this business simply for it being located in the mall, however, after attending - it’s actually quite a nice and clean place!

Do not go to this place. I had my conch pierced by Dallas. She pierced it and then said the base may be too short but not to worry about it. A month later while I was passenger in a car, I realized that my earring wasn’t in my ear anymore. I ended up finding the badevin my bra, but could not find the top. When I went back about it, they were rude and I then went somewhere else and found out that it was indeed too short so I had to buy a brand new one, and that that’s what caused the problem and why the earring broke. And I hadn’t healed properly wondered why this was happening, and now I have answers from another place.
