Took my realtors advice to showcase and use Team Simpler Living to stage my condo as my furniture was outdated and I was ready to list. My condo sold in 2 days in October and I couldn’t of been happier with the outcome! Peggy is awesome! Despite the realtor saying my apartment is messy, I thought it was in good order! Peggy quickly pointed out that it was not show-ready. Peggy staged our house for sale and transformed it into a showroom straight out of a magazine, with so many thoughtful touches.
