These ARE NOT Montreal-style bagels. It's literally just bread. Dishonest and appropriative of Jewish traditions. If you want to be a West Coast bagel that's fine by me--but don't false advertise and steal for your own personal gain. Very sad to see the use of the words like true Montrealers"--clearly you just don't know."

Best bagels in town and the service is exceptional. They have a variety of cream cheese spreads for sale as well. The front door is a level wheelchair access but there is no automatic door opener. The staff (and the customers) are very helpful with opening the door!! There is a small parking lot but no assigned parking for the disabled. Cars move in and out quickly as this place is take-out only and I have always been able to find a suitable parking spot.

The bagels and cream cheese are all great! Would like to see a list of bagel types and cream cheese types on the wall as I wait. That would make service faster too! Otherwise, glad you're there!

The best bagels. I will say though that the everything bagel needs less sesame seeds. Otherwise enjoyable.

Always fresh, always delicious! This is how bagels should be, so soft on the inside! Delicious to just tear apart and eat with their many flavours of cream cheese! (Our favourite are the cheese bagels with the sundried tomato cream cheese!)Go very early if you want the best selection though, as these are very popular!

An absolute classic, they do one thing and they do it well. Super straight forwards and good bagels and cream cheese with a good amount of range. Their plain cream cheese is the best I’ve ever had. As well their lox cream cheese is unreal but the vanilla honey cream cheese on their cinnamon bagel is the best I’ve ever had

Mount Royal Bagel
Grabbed some fresh bagels on the way out of Victoria. Had a great variety of bagels and cream cheese. They also provide plastic knives which were a great help. The only disappointing thing was that the bagels were warm like I hope they would be but I brought them back to toast and they were great.

Mount Royal Bagel
Close enough to be called a bagel. To be clear though, they are still nearly twice the size of Montreal bagels. That said, they’re the only ones I recommend if you’re not in MTL and NYC.
