Usually I am happy with this location but I got my coffee today (salted caramel cold brew) and I don't even know what I was sent...the cup was not full, no foam but there was curdled milk at the bottom of my cup. I called to ask if I could pick up a replacement, but their phone is cut off. There is no way to reach them which seems odd to me.

Hello!Nice location and kind staff. Although I am a bit confused.. I’ve recent started a job near this location, so I’ve been getting my morning coffee here.I’ve been 3 times in the past week, each time I order the exact same thing “ Grande Medium Roast, Black. “ and it has costed me a different price each time!Not too sure what to think of that, but if someone could explain why that would be awesome :DDoesn’t seem like it makes sense that the same thing changes in price daily. Hoping for a store response to explain why!

Giving 3 stars because I always get my order from here and never any issues. Except today when I got breakfast wrap through Uber eats, I was halfway eating it and the last couple bites I noticed mold. I was so sick the rest of the day. Lesson learned, only drinks from Starbucks now.

Waited in line at the drive through for over 20 mins with just 3 customers in front of me. To booth they even served my one simple coffee order wrong, no cream nor sugar! Not to mention also making me late for an appt. When did serving coffee become rocket science. Sorry and we are short staffed are not acceptable responses.
