Stellantis &You Citroën West London

I bought a new Citroen from this dealership - it arrived back in October 2022. The vehicle arrived minus two of the optional extras I had ordered, a huge quality control issue and damage to the vehicle. Nearly six months on and the issues still haven't been resolved to my satisfaction. I feel so let down by this dealership - I would recommend avoiding them like the plague if you want a smooth purchasing experience. A complete let-down for my first new car purchase. I won't ever be buying a new Citroen again.

Great service from start to finishBuying a used car is a daunting adventure and after many months of looking for a new car it was a real pleasant surprise to visit the Stellantis showroomThe location was easy to find with good customer parking and a fantastic indoor showroom full of used and new vehiclesThe service I received from Bill and Andy was very professional but also personalBill and Andy where extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles without giving any pressure into purchasing a vehicle at anytimeAfter talking to both Bill and Andy and also having a nice cup of coffeeAndy took a look the car I was looking to part exchange and he offered me a fair price for it with no need for any hagglingIt was then time for a test drive of the vehicle I was looking to purchaseSo off Andy and I headed in the carThe car drove well and Andy was very helpful answering all the questions I had on the test driveBack at the showroom and another cup of coffee I was given time on my own to think and look over the vehicle I had test driven( this was fantastic as there was no pressure to buy the car )Once I had decided it was the car for meBill completed all the relevant paperwork very carefully and professionally given me exactly the right amount of information on all elements of the process including the warranty, gap insurance ectAt no point did I feel pressured into buying any of theses extra products but after carful consideration I opted to take out an extra years warranty on my new car ( the car all ready came with a years warranty but as I plan to keep this car for a few years this was a good option )As I stated at the start of this review I have been looking for a new car for some months now and along this journey I have met many car salespersons who are only interested in the sale and making it as quick as possible and lining their own pockets with the profits or commission ( very common given the current used car situation)It was not like that at the Stellantis showroom and I would highly recommend that if you are feed up with money grabbing car sales persons that you head to the Stellantis showroom and go and talk to either Bill or Andy I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and customer friendly service

We took our car in for repair 8 weeks ago and still haven't got it back. I have never experienced such terrible customer service from any business. We still do not know when we are getting the car back. We have no car. No one has answered our multiple messages so we still have no idea what is happening. Will we have a car for Christmas? It is absolutely insane.

Not very happy with the service. I had been waiting since September 2021 to get service. Can't find what wrong about the car and squeaking noice until I told the one of the service staff. The spare part of DS4 a quite waiting long as they all bought from France. Basically tou will wait monthly to get repair when your part of car need to change. I

After nearly 10 months I was finally able to collect the car I ordered. Logistics have been appalling, with the car going from East London to Scotland to Corby to Sheerness It was lost" twice. Robins and Day were ever helpful

They can improve a lot regarding customer service.I'm waiting to have my Citroën AMÌ color pack that I picked up at the end of December last year.No communication, no updates. Service After-sales, to be improved.

POOR SERVICE! I had a relay van with bad design that anyone can easily nick the spare wheel! So I got it nicked around 4 years ago. I was then bought a brand new wheel and Tyre for spare from this dealer (obviously they got all the details of my van) BUT they gave me a WRONG size (I was trusted them as genuine dealer- I regret it!) On Sat 4th Feb around 9pm I was on a job and drove on M4 and my rear tyre got busted and I couldn't change it, just because this dealer gave me wrong size of the wheel, my is R16 and they gave me R15 (like I said I was trusted their expertise and didn't check the wheel then). So I waited till Monday and I phone and explained to them and asked them for part exchange for a correct size they refused because I don't have the receipt, (but they should have all my details on their system. They try to make money with their own mistake - NO RESPONSIBILITY!, my wheel I keep it inside and it as good as brand new) - I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STEALER TO ANYONE. They're as bad as Brenford VOLVO STEALER!
