The people at CERC in Kanata are top notch. I got a lot of assistance rewriting my resume with lots of good suggestions and advice. There are lots of computers available to make your resume or covering letter or job hunt on the internet. The workshops are well presented with valuable information for job hunters or career changers. You can get help from an Employment Consultant assigned to you. I would highly recommend going to CERC and appreciate all the valuable help I was given there. James

Helpful, non-judgemental, responsive, staffers are open and dynamic. Favourite counselors Monique, Suzy and Tyler. Computers, printers, faxes, job boards are all available. Welcoming atmosphere.

I'm soooooo happy I found this place! Incredible! Britty is awesome! Very personable and helpful! I'm looking to change my current job and she's been great for checking in with me and sending great links to help me further. I'm very impressed! I've just started with the search but I know I'm gonna be successful!

Wonderful Staff and a great place to find suitable employment. When I was laid off from a previous job due to a family loss. I immediately went to the resource center. And to my knowledge, Monique works here. Monique and her family have been close friends of ours for a few years.. And she was willing to help me with my job search. I hadn't gotten the chance to meet some of the other employment specialists, But they all seem very good at what they do and very friendly! Would definitely recommend this center for anyone looking for assistance in their job search, No matter what age or type of employment you are looking for!
