Worst service ever. We pre booked appointments for 5 people but when we got there for our appointments they were all busy with walk ins. Waited a long time just for them to not do our nails. Upon requesting managers number all employees wouldn’t speak to me and ignored me like little kids. They were very rude and mean. We were gifted certificates to this place and can’t even get a refund either so now we’re all just left with certificates and workers who wouldn’t even talk to us or give managers info. Really disappointing to receive this as a gift and not be able to even get refunds or use it.

All this place cares about it $. They rush your nails so they can work on the next person. It would be ok but my nails ended up terrible. They didn’t ask me how I wanted my nails nor if I liked them. They also cut me multiple times.

Nails are very important for general health as well as mental health. Dry air and work made my hands suddenly unattractive to me. This salon was my first choice and it was the perfect shot. Huge selection of colors, precisely refined shape, good customer care. Although I can't afford it, I save the last money at the end of the month so that I can have nice nails every month.

Went for a regular pedicure and regular polish, the lady who did it barely and hardly did anything but probably put that polish on. Would not recommend this place if you want just a regular pedicure for the amount of money you are paying, other places I have been to would put in more time for the amount of money you pay. I would not say it is the employees fault but for there policy they only have a certain amount for time for the job they do.

I have been to HotTopic before many times and I am always very happy with the service. However today the service was above and beyond. I saw MICHELLE today. I asked her to change my shellac polish on my toes and give me an acrylic fill with a funky, but subtle design.... and did she ever deliver. She “nailed ” the look I was going for and as well was very patient with my 6year old daughter. She even painted my daughter’s nails complimentary to keep her happy. I was beyond impressed and I will definitely be back to see MICHELLE again.

Today was my first experience with Hottips. I wanted to mention that the service was rushy and the techs were very pushy towards options that I didn’t agree with.Techs made me feel as if my colour choices were wrongAlso, the timing of getting your nails done here take awhile.I would like to mention if you want to book with Hottips ensure you have the TIME.Unfortunately, this will be my last visit.But positive note on my experience is the price.As I got an acrylic fill and shellac polish, came up to $126 for all.

Nothing but beautiful things to say about the staff here. Everyone is so welcoming, sweet and always have good conversations, especially with Christine. She really loves her clients, her job and her meticulous, precise work is like no other. Been coming here for about 5 years now and the pricing is quite affordable, provided you aren't putting a design on all fingers, but even then, far cheaper than anywhere else I've been in the past. My best friend has come with twice now and I believe it'll be her regular spot now too. Thank you for such great rapport and customer service team. Appreciate you!

The worst place ever. The worst pedicure I ever had. Tee was rude and mean, she didn’t do anything right.She doesn’t like her job, and obviously doesn’t like working with people.She was so rough and didn’t care about anything. Pedicure was done in 10 minutes. Not recommending and Never returning back. I should not even pay because I needed to go somewhere else after to re do the pedicure. I hope the management reads this because I was going to talk to them, but there was no one there at that moment. Very disappointed
